I recently started doing these exercises after I got foot pain resulting from an increase in my walking and jogging. My Doctor was baffled! After about 6 weeks of daily work my pain is a distant echo that is fading every day.
I can't believe I've neglected my middle toe this much. When i was done with these exercises my middle toe thanked me more then the other 4 toes. Thank you so much.

my middle toes dont even move independently, they all move together. I always thought that was by design. But after doing this the middle of my toes hurt so much.
@@Panda_J1 it’s still so hard for me. the best thing i got from this was grabbing my feet with my fingers and interlacing my toes with my hands and squeezing then rotating the joints. everything else is way too much for me… still 🤣

Had an injury to my big toe 3 years ago which left it to where it moves in a circular motion along with constant popping. I was told it might be a dislocated ligament. You wouldn't happen to know would you?

The fingers-between-the-toes is one of my favorite exercises. I love how doing that opens up my feet.

I do this session every day after my part-time job on my feet. I love what I do, but it can hurt my feet at the end of the day.
