Thanks to Penrite for this ! penriteoil.com.au/community/teams/914
Great to see Penrite on board, been using them my self for twenty odd years for my DIY services.
Definitely understand about motorvation on projects. I need to make some parts from billet aluminium and that means buying it and then standing in front of the mill for hours.
Real men read instructions, Broomy - we seek knowledge, not reject it. RTFM is step #1, every single time. Saves you time, money, and blood.
Good stuff Broomy, keep up the great work and stay motivated mate ...👍👍👍
The way the fan is mounted on the 40k trans cooler it’s pulling the air around it instead of through it, it needs two smaller fans that don’t extend past the ends
It seemed fine when I tested it, but yeah who knows.
My only regret when I restored a car was using paint stripper. I was given good advice but ignored that good advice. Now I am telling you - never use paint stripper.
I work at a pump manufacturers if you have small drilled holes (we call them balance holes) through the eye of the impeller you my be able to mount it the way you wanted to. And not cook the seal.
Shit hot Broomy!!!! Good to see the progress coming along nicely for Bazza the Barra 👍🍻

Not just that the website works… it works well.
you said not to mount with the inlet facing down. the manual says its fine? i seen it says inlet facing up is a no go.
Caught the fluid on the turn.
Hey mate. Love your videos. I want to build a garage/shed similar to yours with a hoist. Do you know by any chance any dimensions of yours?
The garage is 15.5m long, 5m wide, walls are 3.8m and peak is 4.2m in center. A long narrow garage is pretty inconvenient, if it has to be long and narrow, just build it as wide as you can.
Next Saturday calder is running
I would have to have an andra licence and tech to race at calder. Also… seen the forecast 😳🥵
@Broomy's Garage even for just a test an tune? From their comments it's going to be the same as a Friday night street meet but open for people testing for the outlaw meet, according to the bom it's going to be 25 in Melbourne and they don't start racing till 4pm, haven't been to Calder for years so going to try to make it as a spectator
It’s going to be 34 degrees on Saturday the 18th. Track will be good once the sun goes down 👍🏻
Yep, the mistake is you didn't swap some 3.8s into them. Mang for life, baby!
