    Good afternoon Viktorija, that was awesome again, but very tiring!! I kept expecting a longer rest but it never happened lol, but these workouts are killer workouts and I am loving them, although my body is sooooooooo sore

    Just finished, the burpee parts repeat twice, but I can repeat it if there is third time. I still sweat a lot , your workout is perfect for me.
