I am upper 40s, have worked out basically my whole life. Into my 40s it became increasingly difficult to stay toned, and all those areas that come with hormonal weight gain were becoming more and more problematic. I tried to lean on being extra disciplined with my usual cardio and weights but I couldn’t get any results. Finding Mizi and her workouts was the ticket. I have lost inches in those areas and am seeing definition again. I also added wrist weights. Love all of Mimi’s workouts. You don’t have to wipe yourself out to get results.
@@IoveavaI also do some running workouts for 30minutes, eat everything but in moderation and I fast atleast 4 days in a week , surely I have seen some grt results

It didn't exhaust me or make me sweat today ! This workout is less cardio less and and more about hand arm shoulder workout ! But anyways I need to tone my arms too sometimes it's fine but additionally now I am going for ten minutes belly workout because I love toned thin abs and waist ! I am happy to do Mizis workouts everyday there are no repetitions in her workout which make me feel fresh and non exhausting every next workout is a pleasant surprise and hence you don't know how kuch time has passed working out hence I go for Mizis workout ! I just completed my 161 st day of workout excluding 40 resting days in between and I am happy to complete 32 nd day of my thirty minutes workout from November till now this month 12 days I completed for more than 30 minutes of workout ! 5 days fourty five minutes and seven days thirty minutes ! Thirty minutes workout a day with a healthy diet surely tones your body I am having protein rich diet multigrain diet that is rich in carbs too so I a absolutely fine gaining five kg weight but not more than that I am absolutely satisfied with my current body if it times my absolutely more and body more best ! But I am fully satisfied the way my body looks like it's shape ! It's just trying to keep my heart body healthy and well toned skin and also mind feels fresh ! Hush ! Now ten minutes for abs !

usually, i stop at day 2 or 3 coz the workouts make my body ache that i could not move/function for days haha
