Roberta I've been watching your videos over and over for reinforcement + I usually pic up something I missed. OK I've been working on approximately 1500 by breaking it up to 300 per meal. In the kitchen I have my note pad and record the time and calories per meal " the good the bad and the ugly " I've been serious for almost 2 weeks. Had the courage to step on the scale this morning down by 6 ! I was shocked it actually worked by following you teaching me about carbs ,protein and fat and that there is more to life than nutrisystem . I would like to see your numbers go up. Big fan 😋
Actually, season 2 is trying to show people the WHOLE picture… calories, fat, carbs, protein. I hope you'll check out "S2.E4 The Basics of 300 & 400 Calorie Meals." It organizes the meal into how much fat, protein, and carbs we should strive for. In the future, I plan to show the basic structure of a 500 calorie meal so that people can organize their day in a way They feel is best… selecting 300, 400, or 500 calorie meals… ending up with their total calories for the day.
Roberta im listening nutrisystem system says work it 5 days a week with weekends off true or false. Problem for me snack time at night sometimes i just can't stop 🛑. I want to justify this by saying I've been good all day. Sincerely yours Justified 😋
