Hi Joan! I checked out the Atkins website to review their products, and Yes, all those products would work. But since they all contain significant amounts of protein, keep in mind that according to Harvard University and the Mayo Clinic, "for the average person (who is not an elite athlete or heavily involved in body building), it's best to aim for no more than 2 grams of protein per kilogram body weight per day" to reduce the risk of kidney stones. Unsweetened almond milk is great!… at only 30 calories a cup it doesn't use up much of your daily calorie limit. One of my recent videos talks about calorie limits if you're interested... ua-cam.com/video/zyJR714c8ao/v-deo.html Take care!😊
Dr Rajagopal, from Johns Hopkins, says "Gluten isn’t inherently bad for Most people, however gluten can be harmful to people with: Celiac disease, Non-celiac gluten sensitivity, Wheat allergy, Gluten ataxia." www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/what-is-gluten-and-what-does-it-do#:~:text=Gluten%20isn%27t%20inherently%20bad,%2C%20soluble%20fiber%20and%20nutrients.”
