Thank you! I’m so glad to hear this. I couldn’t tell you how many calories are burnt and even if I could, I wouldn’t. It’s not something I recommend focusing on. The foods you consume is most important, this is where you have real control over fat loss. Exercise will tone the muscles and assist in calorie burning.

Hey. It’s really not necessary to do it more than twice. Once is enough though, and if you’re consistent with it you will see results pretty quickly. It’s important to focus on diet too though, the amount of calories being consumed daily.

Greetings mam i have an inquiry is it possible to repeat this session 3-5 times daily to have faster results? Or is better to do it once daily?

Don’t worry about that, wrong mindset. Focus on the amount and types of foods you consume when it comes to calories.
