I love how wall Pilates is low impact bc I have copd and this works for me. I feel like I’m getting something out of this.

Day 5 completed ✔️. I got nervous when I saw that it is 20 minutes Pilates workout but after doing that, it is easy and I am able to do more efficiently except the side plank one because of the bad core but will not skip any of this 28 day challenge. Will continue to grow more🔥🙏🥰❤️👏

No one should expect to see or feel results after 5 days of working out. If you cannot feel your muscles working, then it’s likely you’re not performing the exercises with the correct technique.

How long does it take to see results?
Hi Pam. That all really depends on you. If you’re wanting to lose fat, then you need to make sure your diet is also consistently healthy and that you’re in a caloric deficit. Both diet and exercise go hand in hand. You can lose fat in as little as a week but the rate you lose it and how visible the results are depends on many things, such as your own daily activity level and current weight. Don’t focus on how soon you will see results, take small steps and keep in mind your end goal. The most important thing is that you’re consistent long enough. 🩷
How many minutes a day of Wall Pilates should you get in to achieve weight loss? (along with healthy eating of course) I find myself thinking that I may need to do 2 workouts to get results.
Hey. You will only lose fat if you are in a caloric deficit . So if you are consuming more food than you burn daily then no amount of exercise will help you lose fat. My weight loss wall Pilates workouts (like any workout) will help with weight loss but you also need to be focusing on the foods you consume (quality and quantity.)
Diet is number one, exercise will help you get there quicker and is of course important for muscle building/defining and overall fitness and health.
I can’t give you specific answers because everyone’s lifestyle and needs are different.

I can’t do the exercises that includes my upper arms! I am sooo weak in my upper body, arms and shoulders. I am 64.
It’s ok, just modify them and take it slower. You will build strength! 😀🩷
Do i need to do the workouts all 7 days a week?? Or i can give my body rest for 2 days a week?
You can give your body a rest. Just listen to your body, if it’s too sore then maybe do a stretch routine 😊

I couldn't do it after 15th minute. Can you help me. My legs and arms are low fitness. So do you have any other exercise to do, after15th minute , they r heavy for me to do.
You could repeat another one from the workout or stay in that position but rest your hip flat on the floor and bend your top leg in while semi crunching your upper body towards it. You will still be working your obliques.
Am I the only person who doesn't seem to have built-in knee pads on my knees? Like, seriously... How are you all not in pain on some of these knee exercises? My knees can't support the weight like that. And no, I'm not fat.
Hey, what exercises are you referring to? Lying on your front or back?
@JennaCollinsFitness , lying on my front with my legs up against the wall, doing the half plank exercises or the cat stretching back and forth with my knees tucked back and legs up flush against the wall. Even the wall pushups are a bit uncomfortable on my knees, but I can push through those carefully without TOO much strain.
@@crimsnfaeries oh ok. When I do it I’m not up on my knees, I’m more on the tops of my knees kinda where my thighs start. So no pressure on the knee caps at all. My weight is also more on my upper body too. Hopefully you can try adjust the position a little and get some relief 😊🩷.

Is it normal not to manage to do all the repeats of the half plank/plank? I usually collapse after 5 repeats and struggle to make 10... is my core weak then?
When I don't manage to do all the repeated movements during the allocated 1 minute. (Apologies, English is not my first language). When I am supposed to push myself up into a plank position, and I barely manage 5...
