@r1ft Science explains how the natural world works. The natural world was created by God. Our physiology was created to work in a certain way. Science learns and explains how that physiology was created to work.

You will not win when you fear losing. Also, you don't have to score to have a great game. It is team effort. If you are not Jordan or Curry, do the dirty works, screen, pass, create chaos in the pain, fake positions, in and outs, drive and pass, and more importantly, play defense and get rebounds, and hussle baby 🍼.

Very true! Perfect love drives out fear is what came to my mind! I can totally relate to this and this is how I play when I jump in with young people. I’m 44 and this mentality goes way beyond basketball! 😎👍🏼

I’ve had the same problem at times mentally not getting too my full potential, but after seeing these videos that tell me to relax and enjoy the game, I can’t wait to touch the ball and play organized basketball again. My new saying is “Play hard, don’t think hard”

omg I used to do this all the time before shooting my freethrows in game. I used to picture missing both freethrows and consequences it would have . It was just a weird trick I had developed. But only for freethrows , not my entire game. The whole world out here telling me to picture me sinking my freethrows and I used to do the complete opposite lol . guess this is an actual thing xd

I know what he means by effortless. This is true with relationships with singing and with every sport. I’ve experienced this often in each arena. Perfect love drives out fear is what came to my mind! This is biblical and it’s where your heart is when doing something. I can totally relate to this and this is how I play when I jump in with young people. Im just enjoying the time and trying to be a good mentor and influence so the game is easy and fun and I’m just glad to be there and my shots just fall and the game slows down. I’m 44 and this mentality goes way beyond basketball! 😎👍🏼

These deepgame less9ns helped me a lot for understanding mentality of best athletes. Not so far i used to disrespect mentality in basketball, because i had beef with one "mentality guru". However effortlessness and leadership (plus other thing i don't know yet) combined with iq, skills and athleticism makes you unstopable.

I also had the same problem. I became very good at the game quickly in a span of months. But as I played more and more I thought of adding more and more skills to my bad, and bcuz of that I forgot what I was already so good at. Bcuz I tried so so very hard it started to slip away from me and in some basic situations in games I was completely blank. I didn't know what to do, which I knew before. So this vid has helped me so so much. Guys just play the game like u play. Have fun, enjoy it while u can

This wan’t it. The guy actually had some kinda weird glowing ring in his eye when he started playing. It was like he could sense my moves before I made them. He literally managed to steal the ball cleanly off pretty much any pass. I mean ANY PASS. Somehow, he broke every defenders’ ankles we put on him on the first attempt. WITH ONE MOVE. He was swishing from half court with incredible arc. He also kinda managed to steal the ball cleanly even when our star drove past him WITHOUT MOVING AND ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT. How do I beat him?

@@kingdongo4388 He knew what everyone was going to do before they even attacked. He didn't even fall for a fake, and even the guy our star was fake passing to was fooled. I'm pretty sure those things won't work cause our star was always patient and waited for an opportunity yet the guy managed to swipe the ball when he shot, stay in front when he drove, and anticipated passes perfectly.
