    This video helped me realize that the lessons he's teaching are applied to more than just basketball, but life itself. I am about to turn 21 and I can feel a transformation within myself to that next level of maturity, adulthood, and responsibility. This helped me find the hesitations I've had within myself holding me back. My ex and I broke up last year about 2 weeks into starting university, and that whole year there I was miserable, smoking everyday to "calm" me down and help me "focus" on my work, and to my credit I did pass my classes (mostly due to professors being lenient towards us due to covid), and I never really got over her. Here now we're about a month away from our break-up anniversary and I am just finally realizing why I've been holding back. I've been scared to let her go, the perfect angel in my mind, the woman I was destined to marry, I can't let her go. But, just like Coach Taylor said, you have to let that old version of yourself die and become something much much greater. Thank you if you read this far, I didn't mean for it to be a whole book but I am a little stoned right now haha ;P

    Hi, I was wondering how long the meditations afterwards are supposed to be when you finish the guided one on youtube (so the unguided ones)? You also mentioned that after meditating for a while, you will automatically get "in the zone". I'm not entirely sure about that, but is there maybe a specific way to do that before practises/games? I would like if you made a video about pregame routines and maybe make one for us. Also, should I still sometimes do the looking at a basketball meditation and when you mentioned taking time off every once in a while from basketball completely, does that mean taking time off completely from other training as well?
    Thanks for everything.

    I have a question some one help me. Today I just gave up on trying to score but in return I didn’t try to score and ended up with 2 points. After the game I noticed that I didn’t care that much cuz I gave up on it but it’s still lingering in my mind if it would have been different if I tried to score.(what do I do to score more)

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  3 роки тому +1

      Trying not to score in order to score is still trying. The idea is to let go of the attachment in your mind, not to actually not even try on the basketball court. You do this by 1. observing the need of your mind and emotions to score, and 2. meditating.
