Listening to this video made me feel that bulletproof feeling I get when I am very present on the court. Where I feel fully rational and peaceful and plugged in. It’s funny how those moments when you stop worrying about the “level” of your game, and your game magically elevates. I hope to play in this state of mind as consistently as possible, without attaching myself to a specific result or outcome in a presumptuous habit.

I was 12 years old and was starting to really like playing basketball so the older guys that were 12-13 years older than me were always short 1-2 players and always picked us younger guys to fill in spots. I always got taken advantage of being younger so continued playing and figured out how to become a better player and dominate players my own age.

Coach t would say start with an easy habit that can get you going. Normally in the morning. Then also see what’s on your mind write down or type anything that comes to mind for 10 or more minutes. Break down what made since and if it’s in your control make a plan for it and if it’s not in your control let it go. If you have a lot start with a little and gradually increase. You’re going to spin out trying to do everything. For you I’d start with my hw. 55 minutes ok hw and a 10 min meditation and repeat until I complete assignments needed. Also how clean is your room? Are you keeping up with yourself? Normally these are signs your priorities might not be great when you get home you might just watch yt instead of doing the things u need to then they pile up on you. Organize your life by organizing your mind then execute the steps required moving forward.
