A question that I have is how does that combine with the law of extremes ? For example when I play, I truly love it and I am very cheerful (like Steph and Luka), but I thought in order to get in the zone and be more consistent I should calm down and restrain these emotions. How can I get in the zone and still be joyful and radiant at the same time ?
This video says be yourself dont become something your not as rhis affects a lot of things like chemistry, your mindset on how you play, and your confidence but if for example a finals game most of these joyful personalities lock in I for example saw this in my teamates when we reached the finals as no one was laughing even the class clown was serious I think for important things you need to lock in on your goal
Reggie Miller was telling a funny story of Kobe Bryant similar to the story you mentioned about Michael Jordan calling himself Magic Mike where Kobe told him to call him the Caramel Cat, an imitation of Michael Jordan's nickname the Black Cat.
Man the more I go up in level playing bball the more mechanical its becoming, sometimes I just feel like playing and I can't do that cause I need to train and all ???I'm confused what to do what not to do
It just means you're comfortable enough with your friends to be open with them, and that there's not much need to do that when you're alone. You don't need to overthink it too much. Simon DeepGame

These talks is so imformatice for young players like me
NotificaationGang also love the video your lessons/ speeches are underrated on this channel
With my Friends and in practice I’m a Luka but when we play for real and I actually have to be good I’m a Westbrook and I just get mad.
That’s what I’m talking about. Me too.
So if youre like westbrookyou're probably great
If u play better as westbrook than u should be westbrook all the time. Only way to be great
I'm usually a klay Thompson. If I see that shot. I'll take it. And if its falling ill kill you

Bruce Lee said it best “ULTIMATELY MARTIAL ARTS IS HONESTLY EXPRESSING YOURSELF”
Facts. First knowing yourself and then express yourself honest
With my friends I’m outgoing and loud but alone quiet and serious ( I can be serious with my friends sometimes ) what does that mean for me
It just means you're comfortable enough with your friends to be open with them, and that there's not much need to do that when you're alone. You don't need to overthink it too much.

Usually I'm like the loud and screaming KG or Zion but in the clutch I unintentionally switch to the MJ/Kobe mindset, does anyone else do this?
