Circuit - I thought oh no 😮, but it was great fun. I am 64 years old and I liked it, not sure if my shoulders and hips agree 😅. See you tomorrow- looking forward to it.

I didn’t exercise for almost 2 weeks and today I returned with this workout, gotta say felt amazing and good to know I still got strength, I have been doing your workouts for 2 months now and it’s been great as well as to say how strong and resistant my body has become.
I modified every single exercise in the last circuit. Side lying straight leg raises, leg raise bottom leg meet, then clamshells.
Those are the perfect modifications!!
This may be my favorite workout of yours!!! I loved every move. I used to hate doing ab work, but it’s becoming my favorite.

I've been doing your Pilates videos since September and was super excited to participate in a monthly challenge. And today was the first time I was able to roll up successfully!! small victory but still feels good.

Kinda wish you’d mention the name of the song for those of us not listening to Spotify. I love the old classic moves like the Teaser…. Don’t hate you for that at all!
Me, already pouting by the end of the 3rd circuit, and then you said "teaser" and I yelled, "No!"
I also then surprised myself with my core strength and did them somewhat easily, so....thanks for challenging me because I didn't know I could do that lol.

do you have any tips for not straining your neck in that third circuit/exercises similar to that?

This was tough. Feeling good though. Do you think you could give me some helpful pointers to not have the back of my legs not so tight? . It’s hard for me to straighten my legs.
It takes time - and honestly for some people completely straightening the legs is not in the cards which is totally fine! Keep working at it, work on strengthening the hamstrings, glutes & hip flexors and things will move a little bit easier with time!
This workout got too difficult after about minute 18 and l had to significantly modify the moves. Too much pressure on my hip BONES...
