Girl… this took me so long cause I had to keep pausing 😂 it was a struggle but it was great!
As someone who swims 3xweek and has had chronic shoulder issues for years, l can certainly say that this round of exercise felt so good. I've been trying to decide if l should fit in weight training to (already full) exercise routine, but maybe pilates routines focusing on the upper body will be enough ( for now)😁😁😁😁

OOO child that hip one had me sore! Smh! I did a mobility for shoulders this morning to help me get the blood flowing and wake up. I thought why not do a Pilates shoulder exercise? Little flames are coming off my shoulders like the Phoenix! LOL!

Thank you so much for this challenge, it’s so much fun!! But I wonder, do you recommend rest days from pilates, the way it’s done for other types of exercises?
It's up to you! Pilates is much less stress on the body than say weight lifting, or heavy cardio, so it's something that you can do without rest days if you wanted to.

My hips were burninggg😅
I have a difficult time keeping my feet planted on the mat when doing movement's like slowly rolling your back down and creating a C curve, does anyone have any advice? I've considered getting ankle weights to help with the movement but I'm not sure if that will help me strengthen the position or if it'll just function as a quick fix.
Ankle weights won't really do a ton to help! But what you can try is elevating your hips just slightly by folding up a small towel and placing it right at your tailbone - sometimes that can help to shift pressure. You can also try holding onto something in your hands, like weights, or a water bottle!
