    Mo Farah's tactics won him races. The way he use to judge races and make a move at the right time and how he used to hold the curb and not allow anyone to pass him 🔥🔥

    Great race from Mo. But Lagat is 38 in this race. Fricken insane he still has that speed. I believe Lagat could have won this race. But that was awesome, good for Mo.

    you will notice that at the start all the athletes start sprinting trying to gain ahead whereas mo farah is just keeping his cool and keeping himself relaxed.....that's how he keeps endurance.....

    • @kennethbucsko5526
      @kennethbucsko5526 8 років тому +6

      giyash bhim that doesnt make any difference really he does that not to save energy but just to keep everyone in his sights. Most runners would agree its more comfortable watching from behind than leading races

    • @peteraf970
      @peteraf970 8 років тому

      +giyash wayde you can say he keeps his cool and relaxed and all that but that doesnt save him any sort of endurance or energy if that was the case everybody would do the same. Also when he is at the back of the lead which few laps to go he needs to run much quicker than the rest to get in front anyway so he pretty much expand the same energy.

    • @runreilly
      @runreilly 8 років тому

      Have you followed the allegations surrounding Alberto Salazar and the NOP? Enough there for me assume pretty confidently. Evidence is a hard thing to come by. Do you think OJ Simpson was innocent?

    • @peteraf970
      @peteraf970 8 років тому

      yeah in fact i have followed every single allegations that has been made against NOP as i am a keen athlete and i watched the documentary made by the BBC called "catch me if you can" which was mainly about Alberto Salazar and Galen Rupp nothing against MO whatsoever and it is all allegations. Also i dont really know who OJ Simpson is i dont live in America

    • @runreilly
      @runreilly 8 років тому

      pete raf True point about the allegations being mainly against Salazar and Rupp, but MO and the rest of the NOP are implicated (whether they were aware or not is another problem altogether).

    • @peteraf970
      @peteraf970 8 років тому

      yeah but it doesnt mean they are guilty you can say Matthew Centrowiz is a cheat coz there is no evidence whatsoever even about Rupp even though his former teammates , old high school friends and assistant coach came out against him it is still innocent until he is proven guilty
