I thought I could run, came out for a warm up very early in the morning it was really serious for me I used to run when I was in the secondary school so I thought I could, came out took a few steps and turned back walking home I was so exhausted and out of breath and 8 have not jogged since then it was more of a traumatic experience. Ethiopians won the 10k this year coz of a miscalculation from Ugandan boys but next time they won’t be lucky with the tactics they use because we have analyzed the 10k and know all the Ethiopian tactics.
