    I swear Mohamed Farah is like a great military general. Tactical, smooth planner (knew what he was doing in 2nd from last til half way), opsec (confuse them at 1st), psychological warfare (dictate the race from any position), offense (strike the right time), defense (hold your position), and attack from all angles to submit (answer every attack), and then swift "movement to victory" (win the race).

      Basement dwelling haters gonna hate. I know you feel proud about You’re envious and disgusting attack on the success of others on the world stage. They are those that cheat and they are very few and far in between but for you to call them all cheaters that’s Purely hating.

      @@SPharaoh What? Mo Farah spent around 5 years living and training with the most renowned drug-enabled cheating program in modern history (sponsored by Nike) and you are going to tell me he (Salazar) kept it all hidden from Farah? same house/training quarters? Answer me one question, why hasn't Mo Farah won any medals since he parted company with his cheating coach? No hating, just getting the truth out there.

      @zakariafarah1101 5 років тому

      Because the IAAF or the TV company do not post the original video, specially not full videos. What you see on UA-cam is fans copying from the TV or online streaming.

    I see your point, but what he does do in terms of tactics in very hard indeed. In that context the time is unimportant. It isn't easy to be in the right place at the right time and stay there to the finish.

      He beat Bekele when he wasn't anywhere near in the shape he was in, and had just come off injuries. Then Bekele came back and beat him for the great north run. Since then Bekele has run the second fastest marathon in history. And Haile? He was already 40 when Mo began winning championships.

      @@thenugents9040 a bit absurd though, I can understand that someone arriving half second or even a quarter before the other makes a difference, but even on a sprint it would be ridiculous to consider one sprinter faster than an other one for finishing 1/1000th of second before. The race was held in Russia. This particular video was broadcasted by the BBC. In the USA, it was on either NBC or ESPN. Every country introduces their own athletes on their respective channels. Thus, Mohamed Farah was all over the BBC. I know you will say "it was a sarcasm".

      Coming up on 3k you can see Farah nudge Koech when he goes ahead of him as if to say "Yeah that's right, go ahead and try and go ahead of me and see where it gets you." The commentators were right when they say early on that the other runners already make a mistake by assuming that he is the best and allowing him to control the pace.
