Got mine a week ago. For bluetooth, the app for android works fine, but I cant get any music from my mobile for some reason. Bluetooth on pc will pair the headset, but same here, no sounds comes through, so for me it is kind of only the dongle that are working for pc and PS4... Hope for a firmware update one day :)
Yeah I’ve had mine since it came out and although it doesn’t stop working it does feel a bit more flimsy (the mic doesn’t fall when muted to the point where it unmutes) when muted it does drop a bit
hey man! how do i capture my voice with this headset?? I got my hands on some after watching your video. But i cant work out how to connect these to get my voice on a stream. could you please help dude???
Did you figure out how to do this as I'm having the same issue I can't find an answer for this problem, when the adapters connected to my Xbox I can pair to my laptop over Bluetooth but it's only as headphones and will not recognize the device as a headset so the mic will not register, nor will it appear in obs this way now I can connect the adapter to the laptop and no problems there except I'm not connected to my Xbox now
The dongle has a stable connection when in the front USB port. If it’s in a rear port, it sometimes get interference if you are kinda far from it. I noticed this with other headsets too.
If you have trouble with the dongle dropping audio i recommend to get a little USB extension cord so you can pull the dongle to the front of your TV and have it in line of sight.
Personally, I just got the Turtle Beach 700 Max 2, but I hear too much static. If there is a way to fix this, please somebody assist me by telling me how to solve this problem. If nobody has an answer, I am just going to get a pair that have a wire attached. I have had no issues using a wireless keyboard and mouse, but from some reason, the wireless headphones has been a different story.
@@snatch8458 I could not find a way to have a 100% clear connection, even after I paired my wireless Turtle Beach 700 Max 2. So, I just got this same model headset that comes with a wire. Then, I use a wireless Xbox 1 controller, and I plug my headphones into the controller. This worked for me. Best of luck!
I love mine. I bought it 6 month ago, had a little bit of connection issues at first but after I did the firmware update it has worked perfect.

How well do they block out background noise?
The microphone, not so much even with Noise Gate turned on. The headphones, work very well at suppressing noise.

Same. Mines on the Xbox mode and it never connects to the series X after the firmware update. It’s kinda a waste since I can’t use it

You should be able to set it to capture it when connected via Bluetooth.
