Not so much on soundstage of imaging like a audiophile channel. I wish some audiophile channels would review more wireless headsets. Because I love using my audiophile grade cams but I don’t have a mic for those so I use wireless if playing with friends because I don’t like having to deal with a headphone and mic cable .

Great Video! How is the noise suppression in this headset when typing or button mashing etc? The 700 Gen 2 last year was very bad in terms of suppressing background noise and used to pickup every single detail out there. Have you tried to do any noise suppression testing?

i mis EQ settings on pc, no pc app to tune the sound really ???, only EQ settings with a smartphone ! the sound very good but you need to tweak it for gaming, the microphone picks up all around sounds well, if you use a mechanical keyboard you will hear every click when you press a key.clamping force is heavy you may have to pull them out quietly without breaking anything my personal experience opinion i would only recommend it for console use but not for pc
My old 700 used to be so loud. These gen 2 max aren’t loud at all.. yea it’s not good but I want to be able to blow my eardrum out if I want. These just aren’t loud
I gotta be honest …. I have been a turtle beach guy for years with over 10 head set bought … the 600 and the 700 serious have been a massive let down . The pivot point is plastic .. and has broken on each of the 600 serious and the 700 serious .. While the did replace the 700 serious .. with in. 6 months the replacement broke in the exact same place it is a week point and when I tired to get it replaced again they gave me a bunch of crap and would not replace it and only offered a crappy discount and when I tried to join the site ….. again the site offered a bigger discount soon joining … I gotta say I have done the math over the years I have spent over 1000 dollars on turtle beach only to have them turn a long time customer away and give him no option but to go someplace else .. my suggestion go find a better company

You can. Almost. The volume level from BT is dramatic low and you can't adjust it properly. Game sound is to loud covering second chanel or both are to low hear something. And is just a begining, I send back my one day brand new Turtles today. Waiting for refund.
hey just got this headset for my PC(PS5 version) Does your master volume on your phone app reach all the way up?? all my settings on my PC are up to 100 and still sounds like its 70% up. also on my audio hub app the green bar is not all the way up but I cant adjust it. any help would be appreciated.
I know the downfall already jue to owning the pro elite 2 is the Bluetooth module if they have not changed it ...once you download the app if you got a newish phone good luck connecting to the app via Bluetooth as it won't find the device I had this problem on elite pro 2 and 600s and best wireless headset for me is astro a50s but gen2 ....hears my video of the connection issues I've tryed 4 phones and the apps Bluetooth only works on 4.2 of Bluetooth most new phone's are 5.0

I really want a turtle beach headset but the reviews I'm seeing are just so mixed. To very good to terrible. I don't understand why they have to go backwards in tech in one area and forward in a different area. It's completely a marketing tactic to get you to always be on the money train and it's super greedy. I just want my XO One back from 2014 but it's not Playstation compatible. 😑
I just send back my brand new 700's. Why? Cause they are much worst than my old Wireless Microsoft Headset. And not even a bit that good you can see in this all YT movies. What is wrong: - chat/game wheel not working at Xbox!; - bluetooth sound is dramatic low when you use headphones connected to console also; - I noticed noise/cracks using 700's only with the phone, no matter audio was streamed or playing from downloaded file; - sound quality not even stand near Microsoft headphones; - instruction is useless and you have watch YT to properly connect and adjust Turtle Beach Headset. And the saddest thing is that the reseller only one propose at this situation was: refund. So I repair my broken Microsoft Headset and having hope it last long. 😢
total disappointment turtle beach ... my turtle 700 2nd gen after last firmware update the maximum volume decreased by 50% .... there is no way to increase the volume
I just got this mic yesterday not knowing it was the Max version. I had the gen 2 700 version during quarantine best mic I’ve had so far. That one ruined about a month ago so I went to get the same one but I noticed as I got it out the box and started playing the game Audio was really really low. I’m not sure if that’s how the mic is supposed to be or if there’s a fix or if I should go replace it with another but it’s an issue I can’t fix . The one I had before was loud and I still had room to make it louder but this mic is not Loud at all even with the volume all the way up, I’ve restarted my Xbox, hard reset the mic, used the app for more options nothing works. Anyone have any recommendations? Is that how the mic is supposed to be or is something wrong with it ?

40 hours huh? I got the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless last week. Charged it ONCE. Used it for 10+h per day. The batter is still going strong. This thing is an absolute beast. I just wish the wireless range was stronger - aside from that, it's damn near perfection. The mic is also def better than this one.
Cloud alpha has a muddy sound profile, no bluetooth, and audio lag (acknowledged issue by HyperX with no ETA on resolution). Not really a comparison in my opinion.
Just bought these and hearing u say u play apex made me even more satisfied with the purchase 💯💯💯

Very true, the entire community would make custom sounds and you can download them. Also!!!! They had much more presets back in the day.

Make sure to update them to the current firmware. That helped boost the audio, for me (Xbox).

That was a problem I think indeed. But you need to update the headset if you haven't done yet.

Your headset has a 300+ hours battery that crazy compared to this. Not a comparison!
