- Do you want to fix your connection issues with Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 headphones for Xbox PS4 and PS5. This will also help fix your Audios issues from breaking or crackling or cutting out. For me, its common to have no audio. I have to take out my USB transmitter and plug it in multiple times before it connects and I get audio. Also, try resetting your headset. You can factory reset the headset with the PC software.

What is baffling to me is I have no problems doing any of that with the 1st gen
Unplugging the dongle and plugging back in the Ps5 seems to be the most reliable fix for me but it still should not be this hard. Good headset but it’s a really finicky pain in the ass.
Yeah, it's pretty annoying when the headset will turn on, say It paired to my phone but then refuses to pair to the console. Unplug, restart definitely won't be buying another turtle beach.
Fax this Mfer cost me 100$ and both time even with after warranty , horribly don't work but expensive ASF , same Mfer issue

If you TRIED ALL THIS &&& it’s not working !! try to push the USB in && hold it be gentle, most likely has a short or Burt out from the heat behind the Game
Mine has alot of connection issues. So it will be connected to my Xbox but I'll cut out constantly. Some days are better than others. I've done the reset but it still periodically cuts out.

I have the same headset but xbox version it's not different in specs and etc totally. I have notice that the headset doesn't see the transmitter... I have it over a year, I have performing streams on that, phone call, even listening the music in the traffic. however now i can connect them via bluetooh and that's all I don't know what to do... I have reseting them as well. still it does not help

My issue is whenever i go to game chat i have to constantly move the sound up to hear my freinds. Whenever I move it i cant hear them so i keep scrolling and then after a bit i hear them. its like trying to find a tv singnal move slow so when your right you stop and it works. ANY HELP would be awesome. IF it matters im on xbox and it always happens in fortnite.
Newer headset that have the usb ports can help limit the crossover manual stereo settings

OK I've been struggling with this for months, even after your video I had trouble. I have no external hdds, and I unplugged my jump drive where all my files were, and it still happened, the only devices left were my keyboard and an Xbox elite charger. I ended up using a USB extention and ran it up under my TV. I'm still using a 3.0 port, I can have my jump drive plugged in, and there is even a noticeable difference in range, I can now go to the bathroom or kitchen and still stay connected. Just some more lines of thought for getting around this serious shortcoming of headsets, perhaps we need to focus less on range, and more on reliability, maybe shifting to the 5g range would help!(stares daggers at peripheral manufacturers)🤨😠
So a question for you and I’m not sure if you have experienced this. But when I have the dongle plugged into the ps5 I get no audio from the tv when the headset is turned off. So I have to unplug the dongle and the audio returns to the tv. Any idea?
Took a while but I figured out what the issue was. I had my old set on not the new ones; hence, my connection issue.
What do I do when my headset connects to the transmitter then immediately unconnected and the transmitter turns red?? I tried everything and nothing fixed it.

just come across this video looking for something about my headset there are two thing happening 1 -the volume is a lot lower than it used to be i used to be able to make it deafening but i did a firmware update and now it only goes to about 50% when connected to the ps5 even though headset adn console output are are both at full volume, output from phone can still go very loud - HOWEVER when connecting to my phone the bluetooth name is 0 0 (zero zero) not "stealth 700 g2 playstation" like it used to be, and from this although the headphones work as bluetooth headphones, my TB Audio hub no longer finds or connects so i cannot use it - any ideas

You know when u press the xbox button and go down to the audio option. It shows you sliders for different outputs

Hey i lost my usb transmitter that came with the Stealth 600 Gen 2 usb headset and ive been trying to connect it to pc with bluetooth itself but the only option that shows up is "NXH3670 IAS" and when i connect it there is a sound that plays from the headset as if it connected but there is no audio
When I plug it in a get audio but when I move around in the home screen I don't here the noise and when I on plug it it is still making the home screen nosie do you know what the problem is

I have an issue with these where I can't hear Anybody talk whether it be party chat or in game i can not hear other people. Though they can hear me just fine. I can hear my surroundings and the game I just can't hear other players which is weird. Been having this problem for weeks I'm going to throw this thing away soon if I can't just fix it.

My headset is brand new and it connected the first time, I turned it off and when I tried using it again it just stopped working
Broke my original transmitter. Ordered a new one and it came in yesterday. I connected the transmitter but it had a red light and it won’t connect even with a reset holding both buttons down. I tried inserting a paper clip to reset transmitter but it’ll only blink red and doesn’t work. I definitely ordered the right transmitter. Can anyone help out please?

I had the sam issue along with connection issues. So I finally just tossed it and bought Sony’s pulse 3D headset. Feels cheaper but sound the same if not better, and 100% more compatible and reliable.

I’ve tried these steps except for that last one is factory reset. I’ve been messing with these headsets for days. It wasn’t like this before now all of a sudden it’s crap. I find it interesting that it’s only when I’m playing black ops 4 and not when I play gat5 When I play GTA people tell me my microphone is shitty and I’m cutting in and out. But when I play black ops I only can hear the game and not the chat and my microphone won’t show on my profile when In a lobby.

You're gonna be fine as hell for many years
1. Try plugging in again.
2. Check for hard to see volume button on headphones themselves
3. Check Audio input and output under settings menu
4. If wireless Check and recheck Bluetooth audio devices
5. Check volume of headset and controller under audio devices in settings menu

Check this out, when I was playing Warzone with my brand new pair of headphones, I was lagging really bad. I had to reset the WiFi, turn off the system and everything. It wouldn’t stop lagging until I disconnected the headset by taking out the usb. Is there a way around this?
The device is probably using the same signal as your router. Try forcing the router to use 2.6 or a different frequency or using only a wired connection to it (which is better anyway)

Can you use this on Discord? when i want to use it on PC it work if i'm on a Xbox party, but it won't if i try to use it on Discord. (Yes, my setting on my PC and Discord are all set to use my Stealth 700). I can hear everything, but my mic doesn't work.

Didnt work at all still having to choose the headset option that makes it sound like doo doo the other option works but once i load up a game it completely cuts out or when i try to use the xbox game app it cuts out completely unless i choose headset which gives pops and static sounds..... imagine a blown earbud thats what it sounds like when its on headset

To connect it to the PS5 you have to use the dongle it comes with.

When I try to connect it to my phone it says "an app is needed to use this device". I then proceed to go to the app and connect it to it and also made sure it had the latest firmware update. IT STILL WONT CONNECT!!!!
