    Pilaf recipe:
    * Turkey meat - 1 kg.
    * Basmati rice - 500 gr.
    * Onion - 1 pc.
    * Carrots - 500 gr.
    * Sunflower oil 200 ml.
    * Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
    * Turmeric - 1 tsp.
    * Zira 1 tsp.
    * Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
    * Garlic - 2 heads
    For the salad:
    * Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
    * Lettuce leaves - 100 gr.
    * Parsley - 50 gr.
    * Olive oil 2 - 3 tbsp.
    *salt and pepper to taste
