Thanks KC! This looks great already. Keep those views and comments going ppl! lol watch it again so you can tell him how many times he said what he said. I’m gonna try your method for sure. 👍🏾
I appreciate it
Look really good. Thanks for sharing
Great recipe video!
When it comes to the clumping of rubs, that would be sure to the sugar content in the rub and the moisture in the air. And yep, in Texas (especially Houston, my hometown) that humidity is high and does directly affect the sugar in the bottle. All you’d have to do is store the rub in a dry, cool place and when you use it, shake it before use or use the handle of a spoon or butter knife to break it up.
This was one of my brother's favorites! May he RIP love him and think of him ❤
RIP to your brother and we send you and your family our Condolences❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you're interested in my jerk marinade sauce. I'll be shipping very soon.
Yes LORD
Right!!! 😆
I love turkey but we only seem to cook it a couple times a year 🐸
Do you give them a rinse to remove the excess salt from dry brining then pat dry? Or do you leave the salt on. In my experience when I’ve dry brined Turkey, I left the salt on and it was way too salty.
Or do you just go lighter on the salt when dry brining, because from what I’ve read dry brining always uses way more salt to cure than what is reasonable for seasoning.
I rinse the excess salt off. Then I add a sweet base seasoning to counteract the salt.
Yeah, Brother.....we "know" what you're sayin'....all too well. I even suffered through the transcript knowing this!🤷🏾♂️
Hey KC!
Did you ever put your jerk marinade out for sale? I know it tasted phenomenal on those turkey legs. Let me know.
Thanks
Yes I did I just had a sale the other day.
You said "You know what i'm saying" 34 times.
Can you show the brining process
Dry brine is just salting your meat and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Dont rinse off when your ready to cook em. Just season em up without salt and cook em
Yes sir your right
So 3 hours on 250 degrees? Then a 1.5 Hrs in oven?
Yes
@@TheUrbanCultureKitchen Preciate it, and don’t listen to these haters keep your personality in your videos!

I have a headache from hearing "my boy", "you iknow what I'm saying" and other phrases over and over again. What's up with that? Turkey looks like it could be good but I had to turn the video off.
