Good video the other Commander is not a CL one they are the Hybrid commander. These guys have skills for each ship, they are also the first ones you get for free when you start for each nation. And one more nation has CVs the UK. Also for those who do not know only the US and Japan have legendary CVs in the bureau you have to buy them, plus they are the only two with Tier 7 bureau CVs also, but Germany gets a shop Tier VII premium, Japan a Tier V shop ship, Also yeah Cvs should focus DD, but the ones who push this in the game fail tto see one thing, In this game we lack the thing needed to make that possible Rocket planes something they get on PC, a DD can if they are nor dumb can dodge your stuff easy, and if yout team is like most that DD won't get shoot at once you do find it, And thats other thing glad you call it out that these same players who moan about CVs not doing thier job do not help when the CV has the DD spotted so I like you do. If after I spot the Dds but after 2 mins of no one helping me, I leave it alone I am like fine, enjoy you guys.
Yeah this video is a bit out dated. So I'll have to do some new tutorials and get rid of this one... They actually made carriers more powerful, so much so that, they've since "nerfed" them... so in reality they are still a bit stronger than what you're seeing here... The mechanics have changed with spotting, and they added fuel for planes now... But you can do more damage as a carrier than you did previously... so game play can be quite different. I think people focus more on dealing damage to bigger ships now, vs trying to spot and help out your team in general.
