    Sir i thought mai kabhi Carb Cycling nahi karuga, but ye video dekhne ke baat concept clear hua and will start carb cycling once in every 1 and half weeks to start with and plan out refeed day... very well explained doctor sahab...

    I think the problem is that muscle growth is not done within a few hours after the workout on the training day, but goes on over a couple of days depending on the intensity of your workout. So you dont want to fall into a catabolic state on your rest days, because that is exactly when your muscles repair themselfs and grow.

Agar main koi bhii external protein power use nhi karata hoon aur naturally apane khane ya diet through woh protein absorption rate badhana chahat hoon to kya ye possible hain ?     excellent video! one degree holder nutritionist told me that 200g(high protein) increases insulin n prevents fat loss. can u plz comment as m on carb cycling for 4months now n taking high protein. can high protein low carb cause diabetes

      @@shreddedvarun try to add fat with protein and have ur protein. Intake around 3 to 6 ounces then . It won't increase ur insulin

      Eat 5 times a day
      Eats lots of fruits & vegetables
      1.Take Milk or milk products take two to three times daily (1 to 2lts daily )
      2. Banana shakes or mango shakes daily once or twice
      3. 3. Protein powder 3 TSP in milk 2 times a day..
      4. 4. High protein foods like paneer, chicken, meat...take at least twice. ..more can be taken
      5. 5. Take peanut butter three times a day with roti or bread.
      6. 6. Take eggs 6 egg white & 1 egg yellow daily..
      Just eat alot...& Eat Whatever you can from the above 6 points in small frequent meals every 4 hours except night, whenever you can..
      Take 4lts of water
      Do some heavyweight exercising also to stimulate your hormones..for growth..at least 2.5 hrs per week...
      concentrate on lean proteins.. Carbs and fats always come along.. In diet..
      Keep rasio..or
      protiens:carbs
      1:1 for cutting
      And 1:2 for bulking
      And eat essential fatty acids..
