This helped me solve the same problem tonight. I was already aware of the door unlock knob, but that didn’t work and I began to think I’d need to call a tech. Then I found your video. I think it was the drain trap, because there was a lot of crud in there and a nickel too. To be safe I also pulled and replugged all the sensors and valves I could. Still had the problem, but then I tried something one of your commenters suggested, hitting three buttons sequentially three times. That worked. It made all the panel lights illuminate. Once I touched every button and rotated the dial it completely reset and now it works good as new again. You saved me minimum of a repair call, and more likely a new washer dryer set. Thank you for taking the time to post this and for your video being so helpful.
We thought we would be proactive to start the year and do a cleaning cycle. First time using the cleaning cycle. As soon as I hit start I got the E1 F3 error and the pump was running with no water in the washer. Unplugged it multiple times and whenever I plugged it back in, the pump would start running again and pushing any or all buttons wouldn't stop it. So after watching 20+ fix it videos I found yours. With mine I had to leave the door open and then plug it in before it would reset itself. Thank you so much for the information.
Of all d video I watched, you’re the one that has a good analysis on d problem. I just open d top n pull up d door lock n viola, it worked! It’s good I haven’t order any parts that other had suggested. I can’t thank you enough!!Good job!!!!
Great video !! Have a Whirlpool WFW92HEFC00 with exact same error codes. Removed top cover that enabled me to have access to manually open the (locked) door. Once the door was unlocked, plugged in washer and it finally reset itself. Ran the drain cycle with my clothes and washer functioned normally. Thank you Scott...nice job!!
A million thanks, Scott, for this very informative video! Easy to understand, it completely solved my problem with my Whirlpool washer. Excellent troubleshooting video! Keep posting!
Thank you Scott. I followed your steps and got the same results - issue resolved. The coin trap was not clogged up, so that didn't resolve the problem. I reset the air pressure switch and reset the door lock and the washer returned to normal operation. Thanks for taking the time to demonstrate these steps.
Dude, I have the exact same symptom, I’m going to try to do this, if it fixes it, I’ll be eternally grateful to you. I thought it was the computer or touch panel
We had the same problem of the drain pump running continuously even when the machine was 'off'. I ran the diagnostic test (hitting 3 buttons in succession 3 times: 123, 123, 123) which gave a meaningless error code. When I got out of the diagnostic mode (by hitting the first of the three buttons), the pump stopped and the machine behaved normally. That was a nice easy fix!😀😀😀
Hi Scott! I just got this washer (used) and it's not washing. I'm thinking of trying to reset it first to see if that's it before I go taking things apart. It has been in storage a long time. And it's working on the rinse/drain and spin cycle. 🤷🏼♀️
Hi 😊 👋, My washing machine (Beko) is filling up , not turning and draining by itself after a few minutes. Any ideas? I've checked the bottom filter, its not blocked.
Note i have the same washer as shown in the video. Have you ever run into the following issue: - washer cycle runs. When it gets to the final 10 minutes the washer turns itself off. The clothes remain damp. I thought maybe the drain trap was clogged but it was not. I didnt check the hose lines (didnt know i should till i saw your video). I did call a tech and they suspected the control module, they replaced it but it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas what i should try doing next?
@@FastFreeFixes I forgot to check back and already bought a new machine. However the door lock light was on when the machine was running. I had stumbled upon another video that said their shocks were worn out, so maybe that was an issue too. Anyways I no longer own the machine... I do have the drier version, the "check vent" light is on. I had already cleaned the whole machine from lint. I checked the exhaust pipe, and don't see any blockage... i wonder what it could be that is causing it to check light come on.
Hi Po,I have a problem with my front load whirlpool washing.. the 9 minutes timer stuck and followed with E920 error code ,may I know what is the meaning of this ?
I think that problem has to do with the motor control board not working properly. It’s unable to get up to full speed spin so the timer gets stuck at 9:00 minutes.
Help the 🗝️ light won't turn off. I tried turning breaker off 1 min and unplugging the washer. I also tried holding the button 3 secs .. nothing is wrkin.
Have you ever had the issue of the washer will go through the wash cycle but will not rinse all the water and soap out so by the end of the cycle you're still left with wet clothes?
Yep, You have a partially clogged drain coin trap. Just need to remove the lower panel below the washer door and unscrew the drain plastic coin trap and empty it of all the junk that clogging it.
Can I ask you your washer model number please 🙏 mine is same like yours and it’s model number is erased. Please plz help me it leaves clothes a lot watery
I just want to thank you very much that was very helpful
You’re very welcome ❤️👍😊

Can you super clean the lint filter with boiling water and liquid detergent and an old toothbrush?

Hi 😊 👋,

So it fills up and then after awhile it drains, but no motor activity?
Love it will try in tbe morning same problem you have
Thanks John,

I wonder if the door lock isn’t fully locked and that’s not letting it progress to final spin?

Try holding in the Start/Pause button for 5 seconds to see if that turns it off.
I follow the step by step you did, but your worked after the door lock was unlocked and opened. Mine is still under same problem
What’s your washer doing?
Nicely Done😊
Have you ever had the issue of the washer will go through the wash cycle but will not rinse all the water and soap out so by the end of the cycle you're still left with wet clothes?
Hi Kelly,
Do you think it’s spinning fast at the end?
That's the problem I'm having!
That's the problem I'm having
Help please
the 9 minuted time will stuck, its draining then keep on spinning then the time dont move...whats the problem behind this?
I’d say a clogged cold water fill vale filter or it might need a new motor controller.
Are you sure that fixed the water, my husband put a new drain plug in and ours still wouldn’t drain
Whirlpool duet washer, new drain pump, now throws F9 E1. But i can unplug it 3-4 times and it will finally finish.
Actually ran it with nothing in it. Worked perfectly. Any ideas?

So did you replace the door lock? Did it fix the issue?
Thanks Brock,
I removed the top and pulled up on the plastic tab on the lock. It was caused by too much detergent causing too many suds.
My washer stops at 17 after i set at 32mins possible cause pls
Is it able to drain the water?
I'm having the same issue but my water is not draining. And it won't power on once this happens
Maybe a mirror to look in the cylinder void
Good idea😊
Can I ask you your washer model number please 🙏 mine is same like yours and it’s model number is erased. Please plz help me it leaves clothes a lot watery
Do you think it’s not spinning fast enough or not fully draining?
@@FastFreeFixesthis is my issue with mine. Or in the spin cycle it keeps stoping and going and never completely the spin cycle. What should I do?
Where is the water adjuster?
Can you send that question to my email at: scottthefixitguy@yahoo.com
@@FastFreeFixes just sent it
cleaned coin trap but that wasnt the problem, still not spinning and leaving soggy clothes
Thanks Larry,
I wonder if it needs a new door lock?
@tongassforest, did you find the fix? I have the same problem
In the end did you have to buy a new pump?
Did you end up fixing it? I have the same issue.
F31,F32 and F2
Did you replace the door lock? Did it fix the issue?
