Day 1: completed. Hard but I'm not that tired or exhausted so after this I did another exercise : 6 exercises to make belly fat cry. I also do :12 exercises to do in bed and stair climbing everyday. My current weight is 71.8 and my goal is 55/50. Wish me luck.
I have just shifted from that 10 min evening workout to this one and on first day i am out of breath so i skipped last two positions but hopefully I'll find courage to do them soon In Shaa Allah

I'm 60kgs hoping to be somewhere between 50-55 kg someday and I'm only 152cm 😭😭 I have a pear shaped body, I kinda like my thunder thighs and narrow waist but my belly fat ruins the vibe 💀
I started doing 1000 calories exercise in morning at 8:30 am and this exercise in evening at 7:00pm and then after doing it for 15min at 7:30 I'll eat my dinner with some salads after dinner I'll go for a walk for 20 min .. then I'll study 💀 hope by doing this and some diet i recieve my perfect body like 56kg 😭 my current weight is 63kg 🥲

I almost cried and got fever when I tried this for the first time.. had a hard time to finish the leg drops part which I was only able to do 17x because my legs felt numb but atleast I tried.. lesson: you don"t have to push yourself too hard if your body can't take it anymore.. :)
Just take it easy, Katrine Manalo! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
my weight keeps fluctuating between 68-69 kgs, i have recently started this and today was my 4th day, my heart felt like it would jump out of my chest, i don’t know when i will start seeing the differences but i will not feel discouraged and stop like always, wish me luck and good luck to everyone else trying to become healthy too ! u can do this !!

At least this workout has some rest time to breathe after every step, the other workout especially Lucy's workout has no rest time, I was about to paint when I tried her workout. I liked this workout.
