Чем больше просматриваю этот ролик, тем больше получаю информации, как улучшить себя и свою жизнь, обеспечить гармонию Духа и Материи. Очень полезные советы: 1) обращать внимание на позитив и иметь хорошее настроение, то есть уважать себя, проявлять свое достоинство, тогда избавишься от слабости, страхов, депрессии, подавления; 2) быть в настоящем, ничего не откладывать на потом. то есть беречь внимание на реальном деле, а значит делать все спонтанно и творчески (как дети), и ответственно, ну и 3) -все делать от сердца, быть честным, а не от ума, теории, и т.д. , (Дух - это Истина и Любовь), тогда будешь с ним в единстве!
