I want to let everyone know that for people like me who struggle with anxiety or trauma... this yoga class and yoga in general can cause emotional release or letting go. You might shake or cry or have strong emotions come up during or even a day after doing yoga. It can be overwhelming AND hard to deal with but it’s your body’s way of literally releasing emotions physically. Thank you for the wonderful class. I loved your light- hearted energy.

Thank you so much for saying this, I get strongly impacted by this kind of work and I’ve seen it in others too but the focus is always on how wonderful and healing it all is. Sometimes healing is messy and uncomfortable and it’s great to see that brought forward a bit.
