    The downward dogs using the blocks is probably always the way I should do those. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

    I feel so open and relaxed after this session. I love how you change it up slightly with each sequence. It keeps it fun, especially rolling on my spine and back up into the squat. Thanks for sharing Daria. Have a lovely day.
