Hello, I just found you ❤ this is the first and only video of yours I have done so far. Two days in a row. I want to thank you because although I have been practicing yoga everyday for a few months now, this is the first time I have felt that Yoga Love in a very very long time. I used to love practice and I loved the way it felt, and how I felt afterward, who I was afterward. I fell off of regular practice over time and I also had two very injurious accidents that really crippled me physically, mentally and emotionally. After a couple of years I decided to commit to one year of daily practice. Yesterday, Day 131, I found this video. Rather than going through the motions, hoping one day I will get that spark back… I finally felt it, once again, here with your voice and guidance. I didn’t realize how little hope I had left until I felt the spark again. It has been so long. And I have been trying for so many years. I am so thankful 🥲 I never gave up. I thank YOU for sharing these classes. Things will never be the same for me and my corner of the world. 🙏

Thank you so much for your amazing guidance Devi! I have been building my yoga practice for a couple of years now and always found it so rewarding. But with your videos and guidance to really investigate what you feel, I realised how hard I find it to actually release into the poses. Instead of just reaching and pulling to gain flexibility, now I actually try to release tension. Such a valuable lesson and practice of letting go and trusting the poses to do the work

I’ve probably done this practice 5 times now, it is always my come to when I just need a really good unwind, I absolutely love it. I had body aches this evening and did this practice and I feel so so good right now!
Another wonderful practice. Thank you. Only one complaint….when I do as a morning practice although I feel energized, I am also so relaxed that I don’t feel to do any of my errands/chores 😂
As long as you feel the stretch in the target area (in front of the hip and thigh) and as long as there’s no pain in your knee or anywhere else, then it’s totally fine if your foot turns out.
Second time doing this one. Love the deep juicy hamstring stretching. And really enjoy the humming at the end. Any time you add the om or humming it helps me integrate better. ❤
