I’m in my third tri second pregnancy and feeling now like, uh oh! Have I moved mindfully at all this pregnancy?? Child’s pose at the end really made my hips scream. Is there a good modification as I ease my hips back into a little flexibility?
It’s never too late to start moving mindfully in pregnancy 💓 glad you could join me today. Yes don’t sink all the way back. Keep hips lifted away from the ankles (like your sticking your bum in the air) and use a big cushion under belly/ arms to support you. Hope that helps 💓
