What pick-up position were you using?

I'm not quite sure anymore but I think it was position no 2 (bridge+middle PU).

@@javierherrera8782 lol, I can only bend harmonics by pulling the neck or pressing behind the nut

Insert your finger between string on a harmonic. Pull the string down without pressing it against the fret. It's easier to practice on 12th fret.

you "activate" the harmonic the standard way, then press the string against the fret and then you can easily bend it. You can even slide the harmonic upwards(yes, also on a fretted Bass)
