Im not the guy but I can guide you speed : sled sprint or drag(like a school bag) as heavy as possible for 100-200m Arm swing : get dumbbells in your hands and work on it (always trying to find the right swing that helps YOU get higher. nobody has the same swing cuz we all have different bodies) Penultimate : get a band lock on a post and around your waist tighten it and practice the step (do both side) Practice just jumping too (lay-up jump, drop jump, lunge jump, jump rope, etc) to make the built muscles translate the training to your vert THE MOST IMPORTANT : every jump/exercices give it your all I suggest the order : penulti, arm swing, other jumps and finish or start with sled(because if you do it right, you die) so if it's a starter it helps you get a better jump when you are out of gaz during critical moment(end game) you can do circuit too, mix it up p.s. I don't give reps because you have to understand your body too, someday reps feel heavier or lighter. strenghten the jump step by step, practice it whole, HAVE FUN Hope this helps in your journey!

Do some Cav Breakers to increase your vert. Cav Breakers are basically up and down on your tippy toes but make sure you on the steps
