I love Humble Lamb. They are so head of the game in bringing the Word if God in an intimate way to those that want to know Jesus . The NLT I want to add to my KJV Lion . I would now have a better studying of the Word when the NLT is released in January of 2025. I was going to hold out another week since I’m tapped out financially but felt the lord doesn’t want me to wait or I will miss out . God sets things in seasons and appointed times . I ordered it a little while ago and it went from 70,00 to nearly 96,000 raised in less then 24 hours . No time to wait ,whew!
I love drop caps too, the layout of this edition looks beautiful and easy to read - you are right with the storybook feel. I don’t have a Humble Lamb with the full artwork yet so it sounds great 👍🏾
These are some of the best bibles. I recently gave one as a gift to a business associate. He was really impressed with it. But they need a KJV with Apocrypha!
Wow, Tim! I love the look of this Bible! The yellow with blue and the Black and White are brilliant. I am so happy with the 10 point font and the words of Christ in blue. AND THOSE DROP CAPS are awesome! Daniel has really done a great job on this Bible! Thanks for sharing!
I think that Humble Lamb is the most innovative Bible publisher nowadays in the premium market. I don't have one yet, but I can tell from your reviews that their Bibles are outstanding in beauty.
Love the Humble Lamb series I have all of them the NASB in a ICA gator and crocodile cover!! I love the NLT I ordered one yesterday morning I’m getting the London Red!! I also am looking forward to receiving the Schuyler NLT PSQ soon as well. I got the chestnut zipper calfskin.
I’ve ordered mine Pastor Tim! 😊 I was hoping for single column, side column reference. Didn’t think I’d get it, as the Shepherd is in that layout. But I got the single column and the references - love the four column layout for them. These Bibles are also all edge lined - no paste down! Can’t wait to get it. 🙏😊
Backed the Kickstarter project! Really looking forward to seeing this come to life. I am with you on the ESV too - it's my least favorite translation among the super popular translations. Looking forward to seeing your reasons. 😅
I wish they printed these elsewhere besides China. If you’re paying this much for a Bible, you can’t say you are saving costs by printing in China, not for over $200.
You need to watch my video about Chinese printing. It does NOT always mean cheap. Also there’s a very specific reason HL can’t use someone else and it has nothing to do with cost.
Check the words of Jesus in blue at 3:26 and then at 2:28. HL state the text is a 'vibrant blue' but like the HIStory, it seems the real printed version is a violet colour that is not the bright blue they show in other images. I hope HL can update their pictures to accurately represent their product. Apart from that, it looks great and it is fantastic to see an NLT edition.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews if a Bible cover looks kinda floppy at the bottom or top it’s too long for me. I like it neat looking not floppy and sloppy lol
I preordered yesterday and I'm most likely going to choose the Green.
I’m hoping for CSB next from Humble Lamb
Me too!!! 🤞🤞

This really looks like it’s going to be a great Bible Tim! Really excited for this one.

I would love to see what he does with the CSB

I do, too, but I still bought their original KJV. Just because it's so beautiful!
There are many that feel this way!

Humble Lamb is by far my favorite publisher!! I've already pledges for 2 and may add more. These are just gorgeous!!
I'm so excited for this, I'm getting the red one.
Backed the Kickstarter yesterday. Couldn’t resist that deal. Green! Hopefully the kickstarter is *not* delayed like bibliotheca 😅
Love the new setup! Thanks for sharing :)
Still working out the lighting.

I per-ordered and I will probably get the green. I already have another HL in the blue.
I think the Amplified Bible would be helped by the design innovation that Humble Lamb does in their publishing.

Yeah they don’t offer paste down any more on any editions.
Thanks for updating us Brother Tim. I'm waiting for the relaeae of the bibles without the artwork. Blessings to you and your family 🙏
That’s pretty much a Humble Lamb distinction. I can’t ever envision them doing a bible without it.

I said ASV…ha ha. But I’m from Kentucky so…🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews Ah! Haha well I'm still looking forward to it. :D
30 days to ponder which two choices....🤔

@@anickelsworthbiblereviews this is news, I wish they would have told me that before. What video is this? I’ll watch
Will they double check the 220 illustrations?
Ha ha. Folks rarely make the same mistake twice. But if I was a betting man, there will be a mistake in every first edition of anything ever printed.
I can't wait for this Bible. I have an NLT Select Reference that I won on IG, but it's nowhere near this nice.
I said I'd never buy a premium Bible, but that might be a lie, because I really want one of those Humble Lamb bibles....
I just preordered mine, it’s my first time though… when do you choose the colour ? (So excited for this!!!)
There’s a timeline in the video description that shows everything.
Tim which color are you getting? I’m drawn to the Yellow but the Red & Green are nice too
I’m gunning for green.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews Nice choice!

In what edition?
Hey Tim where are these manufactured?
One of the binderies in China. Not sure which one. If I were guessing I would say Donnelley.
I wish they were no yapp. That semi yapp is too long.
I love mine! But I agree it’s more than semi.

@@mattb2700 I agree. Passing on it solely because of the yapp.
Meh. I’ll pass this time.
NLT doesn’t work for everyone.
