    Ribs, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, 5 spice, oyster sauce, hoison sauce, white pepper, cooking oil, sesame oil, salt, fresh red chili, cornstarch.....to your taste!!!!!
    pack the ribs dry with paper towel, fried the rib to inner temperature around 145 to 150 rest the cooked meat for a few minutes!!!!! Enjoy!!!! #tagforlikes #instafollow #foodblogger #foodgasm #foodie

    The ribs look super-yummy but cooking in so much oil is somewhat disconcerting. I will bake the ribs in my toaster convection oven and the follow the rest of your recipe. Thanks for sharing...

    I am crying stores closed because of pandemic curfews (illegal) I want to go to the store buy everything make now. enjoy at 12 am with Jasmin rice. it is a long time until 6 am store open

    You can work a finger between the meat and the silver skin. Start with one and gently pry the skin away until you can get two fingers in and so on. Work a path to the other side of the ribs and then you can pull it all off at once. Start in the middle of the rack

    You can take the membrane off much easier by inserting the knife and grabbing the edge with a piece of kitchen towel and slowly pull. You sometime get luck or likely need to repeat. Dont leave this skin on. Good video though and a must try for me.

    Removing membrane, southern BBQ style. Shove the handle of a tea spoon under there grab it with paper towel and rip it off. Butter knife would be fine as well have done it both ways.

    Never use teflon frying pan, i heard it is unhealthy. Stainless is good. Thanks for sharing your skill.
