    Years back, at my brothers home. No table or face cradle using stacked pillows on the kitchen tabIe. I worked on his wife. Her neck muscles were like tension rods. Massaged the neck but then I had to squeeze muscles with my fingers on one side and my thumbs on the other side of the neck to stabilize the spine to get a grip. I massaged the muscles close to the back of the skull doing Ischemic isolated (pin point) compressions. Once that released I stretched the muscles by dragging the superficial muscles from the skull down the neck part-way not on the spine. There was a release and the nerve that runs from the neck to over the back of the skull that runs to the sinus, her nose started running. Her tension and congestion was gone. Years later I did this for my cousin at her home. Same result. Nose started running. No table or face cradle were available, again.

    Right now I have sinusitis, so a couple of minutes after doing this I felt a release of mucus and a lot came out. Thanks for the tip!

    Wow! I am currently on sick leave due to severe sinusitis, a severe headache, a runny nose, and inflammation on one side of my face. I came across a home remedy and tried it, and it works immediately!!! Thanks so much highly effective.

    i have omnicron right now and doing this plus saline spray has helped clear my nose so much, omnicron has a lot more sinus congestion and the other strains and it’s still very uncomfortable

    Thanks now my nose is running 🤣🤣 seriously such bad pain in my nose when i lean forward and oh man the second i put my fingers on the eyebrow spot it was the best ever, painful but relief
