Hi, thank you for this. I was having a sinus ache right in between my eyebrows for a few days that was severely affecting my memory and focus. I did this exercise and, although I didn't immediately feel relief, I realized about 30min later that I was feeling much better. I woke up slightly headachey again today and did this exercise again along with having some ginger/turmeric tea. I had some pretty quick relief and today is a much better day. Thank you!
