I love it...this is pretty intense. I've been trying to think through ways to make my ab wheel workouts interesting and challenging...this is it...now if i could just convince my wife to join me🤔
It's tough! This one is challenging. Make sure to check out my other ab wheel video, maybe she'll be more likely to try it since it's got some exercises that aren't just ab roll outs.
Starting at 10 and going to 1 is a descending ladder. There is no such thing as a "backwards pyramid". There is something called an inverted pyramid. That starts at a high number, descends to a low, and comes back up to the high. An example of this would be 10 to 1 to 10.
I’m not able to stretch as far as him, I can’t bend my my knees and lay myself almost flat and still pull myself up. I’m more like her only able to keep my knees bent. How much does that matter? Also I’m feeling more sorenesses in my arms than my abdominals, is that normal?
In this video, we used an ab wheel from Walmart (the yellow and black one) the other one is from Dick's sporting goods. I really recommend one from Trosssmolly, i have a video where I reviewed it and it's just way better quality than the other 2.
For starters, don't roll out where it's too uncomfortable when you start out. Put your feet against a wall or something solid. When you roll out, don't tuck your chin or shrug your shoulders. Keep your core tight, go slow until you can't go any farther, then roll back in.
He's doing too quick, quantity over quality. Bad posture, bending the arm, arching the back. Everything is wrong with the way he's doing this exercise, literally.
Is it just me or is the incessant talking throughout the entire video incredibly distracting and annoying? If there was a way to spare the dialogue and just solely focus on the workout aspect of the video that would be a miracle from god himself.

its good but if you pull in too much the roller near your legs then somehow you are releasing the tension. having some a little bit of rest there.

Well, ab wheel works the entire body, upper body focus because of arms and abs.

Than You do it wrong. Focus on the core and let the abs do all the work. Focus.
