First step is to connect and tune into your heart chakra. It's not about deserving at all. Deserving comes from energy of lack of love. We attract what we vibrate with. If we grew in family without love, we go through life thinking awe ended to deserve it. We can learn how to love ourselves without this emptiness that new feel needs to be filled in by others. Wee attract what wee vibrate in, not what we 'deserve' or want. Once w got it, wee are on our way to healing. I do therapies to help people heal, on the body and emotional level.

I was listening to another video and then fell asleep woke up to turn the video off, went back to sleep and then woke up and this video was playing and I didn't even turn UA-cam back on. My heart does need to be healed because I'm going through a deep depression after trusting the wrong people and seeing the world through rose colored glasses. I'm just tired of being hurt and disappointed all the time.

Every time i heal and my chakras begin to open, i get attacked by toxic but unknown humans, whether at work who dont know me but attack me so i can give them attention or get a reaction, but i have to stand my ground and keep healing as i know now that it is all part of the healing process, the negative energies do not like we open up to positivity and blessings

Life has been rough the past couple of years and sometimes i feel like i cant keep on going any longer. I wonder why my heart is so broken. I try to love everyone around me but only ever get hurt. I dont even know how to love myself anymore. Or if im ever able to. I just hope that one day i can look at my life with a heart that's open but not so easily damaged.

There was a moment in time after a real bad break up I had a few years ago that I NEVER think of or talk about! I remember meeting someone that I really meshed incredibly well with it was amazing. Never did anything about it. Would randomly see her here n there, but I never pursued her in ANY level at all and I still beat myself up for it😢
Within minutes of listening to this video that memory came to me and the pain with it… and I was able to be kind to myself about it😊
I am able to understand why I acted the way I did (or lack there of) and can truly appreciate what I need to, while learning from what I need to.
