    Danish Pastry Toast Recipe
    80 gr powdered sugar
    10g instant dry yeast
    90ml water
    125ml milk
    2 large eggs
    500 gr all-purpose flour
    10 grams of salt
    250g unsalted butter
    The remaining dough can be used as pastry snacks
    Pan size: 10x10x10 cm. I used 2 baking pans.
    Baking time: 50 - 60 minutes
    Baking temp: 200°C preheated oven, an oven may vary.

    10g ragi kering instan
    90ml air
    125ml susu
    2 butir telur besar
    500 gr tepung serbaguna
    10 gram garam
    250g mentega tawar
    Sisa adonan bisa dijadikan snack pastry
    Ukuran loyang : 10x10x10 cm. Saya menggunakan 2 loyang.
    Waktu memanggang: 50 - 60 menit
    Suhu memanggang: 200°C oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya, oven bisa berbeda-beda.

      Talk about convenient for this type of bread baking! I love the little lid on them, too! I bet you probably could store the bread in them for a day or two, as well. 💜🍞

      I don’t know if this was the brand that Ninik was using, but it’s the style.

    I have the King Arthur Flour Pullman 9 x 13 Loaf Pan.
    Would the bread work as a longer loaf?
    Is this bread on the sweeter side where it is best used for French toast or bread puddings?

      Making French toast with it sounds delicious! Just a guess but it probably won't be that sweet because there's not a whole lot of powdered sugar in it. I hope that whatever you decide to make with it turns out delicious & everyone enjoys it! 💜🍞

      Yes this recipe will work also for the Pullman loaf pan. You can cut long or square like this. Slightly sweet.

    I find adding egg makes the bread cake like texture to crumbly. Any tips on how to avoid this? I want bread that I can make a sandwich with, I don't want the bread to fall apart.

      I understand. Because this is danish pastry which is use a lot of butter so that the texture is flaky and crumbly when slice. For sandwich bread please use sandwich bread recipe (in the end of the Video).
