    Swirl Bread - Sandwich Bread
    Quick water roux/quick tangzhong:
    2 tbsp all purpose flour/plain flour + 4 tbsp hot boiling water.
    Mix until smooth
    Dough (divided into two after kneading process):
    375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour (125g for each cup)
    1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
    56g (4 Tbsp) sugar
    A pinch of salt
    125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
    1 large egg, beaten
    42g (3 Tbsp) soft butter/margarine
    The quick water roux/quick Tangzhong
    Egg wash (optional). A little oil for the bowl.
    Additional for the chocolate dough (half of the dough):
    1 Tbsp full of cocoa powder +1 tsp softened butter/margarine.
    Indonesian
    Roti Tawar - Roti Sandwich
    Roux air cepat / tangzhong cepat:
    2 sdm tepung terigu / tepung biasa + 4 sdm air panas mendidih.
    Aduk hingga rata
    Adonan (dibagi menjadi dua setelah proses pengadukan):
    375g (3 gelas) tepung serbaguna / tepung biasa
    1-1 / 2 sdt ragi instan
    56g (4 Tbsp) gula
    Sedikit garam
    Susu hangat 125ml (1/2 gelas)
    1 telur besar, kocok
    Mentega / margarin lembut 42g (3 Tbsp)
    Roux air cepat / Tangzhong cepat
    Cuci telur (opsional). Sedikit minyak untuk mangkuk.
    Tambahan untuk adonan cokelat (setengah dari adonan):
    1 sdm penuh bubuk kakao +1 sdt mentega lunak / margarin.

    Γρήγορο νερό ροζ / γρήγορο tangzhong:
    2 κουταλιές αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις / απλό αλεύρι + 4 κουταλιές ζεστό βραστό νερό.
    Ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να λειάνουμε
    Ζύμη (χωρισμένη σε δύο μετά τη διαδικασία ζύμωσης):
    375g (3 φλιτζάνια) αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις / απλό αλεύρι
    1-1 / 2 κουταλάκια του γλυκού στιγμιαία ζύμη
    56 γραμμάρια (4 κουταλιές της σούπας) ζάχαρης
    Μια πρέζα αλάτι
    125ml (1/2 φλιτζάνι) ζεστό γάλα
    1 μεγάλο αυγό, ξυλοκοπήθηκε
    42 γραμμάρια (3 κουτάλια σούπας) μαλακό βούτυρο / μαργαρίνη
    Το γρήγορο νερό ροζ / γρήγορο Tangzhong
    Πλύσιμο αυγών (προαιρετικό). Λίγο λάδι για το μπολ.
    Επιπλέον για τη ζύμη σοκολάτας (το μισό της ζύμης):
    1 κουταλιά της σούπας γεμάτη σκόνη κακάου +1 κουταλάκι μαλακού βουτύρου / μαργαρίνη.

    2 ملعقة كبيرة كل دقيق / دقيق عادي + 4 ملاعق كبيرة ماء مغلي ساخن.
    مزيج حتى سلس
    العجين (مقسم إلى قسمين بعد عملية العجن):
    375 جرام (3 أكواب) دقيق متعدد الأغراض / دقيق عادي
    1-1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية
    56 جرام (4 ملاعق كبيرة) سكر
    قليل من الملح
    125 مل (1/2 كوب) حليب دافئ
    1 بيضة كبيرة ، للضرب
    42 جرام (3 ملاعق كبيرة) زبدة ناعمة / سمن
    المياه رو سريعة / Tangzhong سريعة
    غسل البيض (اختياري). القليل من الزيت لالوعاء.
    إضافي للعجين الشوكولاته (نصف العجين):
    1 ملعقة كبيرة مليئة بمسحوق الكاكاو +1 ملعقة صغيرة زبدة / مارجرين.

    2 столовые ложки муки общего назначения / обычная мука + 4 столовые ложки горячей кипяченой воды.
    Смешать до однородного состояния
    Тесто (разделенное на два после процесса замеса):
    375 г (3 чашки) универсальная мука / обычная мука
    1-1 / 2 чайных ложки быстрорастворимых дрожжей
    56 г (4 ст. Ложки) сахара
    Щепотка соли
    125 мл (1/2 чашки) теплого молока
    1 большое яйцо, взбитое
    42 г (3 столовые ложки) мягкого масла / маргарина
    Быстрый водный рукс / быстрый Tangzhong
    Мытье яиц (по желанию). Немного масла для чаши.
    Дополнительно для шоколадного теста (половина теста):
    1 столовая ложка какао-порошка + 1 чайная ложка размягченного масла / маргарина.

    Pão Redemoinho - Pão Sandwich
    Água rápida roux / quick tangzhong:
    2 colheres de sopa de farinha integral / 4 colheres de sopa de água fervente.
    Mix até ficar homogêneo
    Massa (dividida em dois após o processo de amassar):
    375g (3 xícaras) de farinha de trigo / farinha de trigo
    Fermento instantâneo 1-1 / 2 colher de chá
    Açúcar 56g (4 colheres de sopa)
    Uma pitada de sal
    125ml (1/2 xícara) de leite morno
    1 ovo grande, batido
    42g (3 colheres de sopa) de manteiga macia / margarina
    O roux rápido da água / rápido Tangzhong
    Lavagem de ovo (opcional). Um pouco de óleo para a tigela.
    Adicional para a massa de chocolate (metade da massa):
    1 colher de sopa cheia de cacau em pó 1 colher de chá de manteiga amolecida / margarina.

    Does the tangzhong needs to be cooked or rested first? I'm glad I saw this, I've tried several of your bread recipes and it all came out delicious and yummy. Some how this one, escaped me, rabun me 😅.. I have always love bread like this. Thank you.

      Roux rapido dell'acqua / Tangzhong rapido:
      2 cucchiai di farina per tutti gli usi / farina semplice + 4 cucchiai di acqua bollente bollente.
      Mescolare fino a che liscio.
      DOUGH (diviso in due dopo il processo di impastatura):
      375 g (3 tazze) di farina per tutti gli usi / farina semplice
      1-1 / 2 cucchiaino di lievito istantaneo
      56 g (4 cucchiai) di zucchero
      Un pizzico di sale
      125 ml (1/2 tazza) di latte caldo
      1 uovo grande, sbattuto
      42g (3 cucchiai) di burro morbido / margarina
      Il veloce roux d'acqua / Tangzhong veloce
      Lavaggio delle uova (opzionale). Un po 'di olio per la ciotola.
      Addizionale per l'impasto al cioccolato (metà dell'impasto):
      1 cucchiaio di cacao in polvere + 1 cucchiaino di burro ammorbidito / margarina

    I have a doubt. my measurement cup size is 250 ml. here it is written that 3 cups/375gm ! How much is one cup for this recipe?

      @karthika premkumar, thank you. All-purpose flour 125 grams for each cup. For this recipe is very clear, 375g (3 cups).
      Your cup measurement is for liquid, 1 cup = 250 ml of liquid doesn't mean the same as 250g of flour. This is called 'crisis cup measurement' that confused many people around the world.
      For measuring the flour using cup, you have to know how much weight/gram the flour in your cup. The best is using a kitchen scale. In my last video show how to measure flour for my recipe.

      @@NinikBeckerEatLoverMy wonderful Ninik ! Think about it again. Well, I am old fashioned and love cookery books. ( about 220 I call my treasure ). There are many other I know, who love cookery books.. if someone loves books, I can see this person buying cookery books. I bought many " thin cookery books" when I lived in the UK, like " CONFIDENT COOKING, CLASSIC COOKING WITH CHOCOLATE, TAPAS......" you name it. It doesn't have to be an enclopedia of all your recipes, but you could devide it in let' 's say : SAVOURY BREADS, SWEET BREADS, ROLLS ........"
      These books are lightweighted, they even fit into a handbag, suitcase and they look wonderful to go through.
      And they are not too expensive, that's another point.
      Thank you ever so much for all your ideas. Lots of love and never forget, resting in between all.💓💖💓💖💓💖🍮🍰🎂🍞

      brambell, you might try one of these but the result will be slightly different.
      Egg substitutes: for one egg2 tbsp of water + 1 tsp of oil + 2 tsp baking powder. Mix well.
      Flaxseeds: 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds + 3 tbsp of water. Mix well.
      Banana : mashed banana, 1/4 cup ( about 1/2 of banana)
      Applesauce: 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce + 1/2 tsp baking powder.

      Pan Remolino - Pan Sandwich
      Agua rápida roux / rápida tangzhong:
      2 cucharadas de harina para todo uso / harina normal + 4 cucharadas de agua hirviendo.
      Mezclar hasta que quede suave
      Masa (dividida en dos después del proceso de amasado):
      375 g (3 tazas) de harina para todo uso / harina normal (125 g por cada taza)
      1-1 / 2 cucharadita de levadura instantánea
      56 g (4 cucharadas) de azúcar
      Una pizca de sal
      125 ml (1/2 taza) de leche tibia
      1 huevo grande, batido
      42 g (3 cucharadas) de mantequilla blanda / margarina
      El rápido agua roux / rápido Tangzhong
      Lavado de huevos (opcional). Un poco de aceite para el tazón.
      Adicional para la masa de chocolate (la mitad de la masa):
      1 cucharada de cacao en polvo + 1 cucharadita de mantequilla / margarina ablandada.

    I think the measurement of liquid is incorrect. I made mine 1 cup milk it was too dry. Also the mixture of cocoa powder has to be integrated at the beginning of the mix was hard to incorporate at that stage. But thank you for sharing thou.

      My cup measure for milk is 1 cup = 250 ml. If too dry please add more. You can make half the recipe for the plain dough and the other half for chocolate dough.

      Pürüzsüz kadar karıştırın
      Hamur (yoğurma işleminden sonra ikiye ayrılır):
      375g (3 bardak) çok amaçlı un / sade un
      1-1 / 2 çay kaşığı anlık maya
      56 g (4 yemek kaşığı) şeker
      Bir tutam tuz
      125ml (1/2 bardak) ılık süt
      1 büyük yumurta, dövülmüş
      42g (3 yemek kaşığı) yumuşak tereyağı / margarin
      Hızlı su roux / hızlı Tangzhong
      Yumurta yıkama (isteğe bağlı). Kase için biraz yağ.
      Çikolatalı hamur için ek (hamurun yarısı):
      1 çorba kaşığı kakao tozu +1 çay kaşığı yumuşatılmış tereyağı / margarin ile dolu.
