Yesterday was the second baking with your recipe. I made a modification for 500 gr high protein flour with 62% water, 5 gr yeast, 1 gr salt, 20 gr honey and 50 gr butter. The dough was easy to handle compare to 67% water. Finally, It came with soft and fluffy bread.
I think what makes it different with your recipe not only the ingredients but the method also.

치즈케익을 구우려다 덧붙여 나온 이 영상을 보고는 꺼냇던 재료들 다시 넣고 이 식빵에 도전했어요. 케익이나 쿠키는 만들어봤지만 빵은 처음으라 과연 성공할 수 있을까 걱정반 기대반 열심히 따라 했어요. 근데 결과는!! 대 성공!!! 이건 진짜 빵집의 빵 저리가라네요. 너무 좋아서 눈물날뻔 ㅋㅋㅋ쉽고 간단한 레시피 넘 감사해요. ^^ 스웨덴와서 다른 느낌의 식빵만 먹다가 이거 먹으니 너무 행복한거 있죠.
