I'm 1 pound away from losing 100 pounds in 14-15 weeks! No exercise required and I'm a truck driver 😮. I definitely count calories but have no idea what a macro is 😂. Intermittent fasting is my key to success and protein, protein, protein with zero sugar or processed foods. 👈😎👍

@@Moosedeuce I don't count calories or macros and haven't yet. I have been known to add them up after the fact. My top 3 foods is 80/20 ground beef, eggs, cheese. Pretty much anything animal based is on my menu first and sometimes very specific veggies. Like onion, celery and very small amounts of tomato usually in a sauce.

Started out 430, doing carnivore for a couple months down to 360. But this is over years of failing and succeeding and failing again. The consistency of not giving up or being hard on myself has me able to focus on this diet now more than ever because things aligned for me. I have a long way to go but I'm focused on the long road. This feeling 8s comparable to when I would fast for a few days. My mind is clear, inflammation is gone, no bloating, no arthritis flare ups, my posture has even gotten better. I found what works for me doing a few years of research first, once I got that down I proceeded to dieting. Next will be fitness so when I hit the gym I know how to work out my full body. It's always good seeing others do what we consider impossible. I hope I motivate those around me because I just want everyone to feel better and live their best life possible. Find a diet that's clean but you can still enjoy what you like. I have always been a protein over everything else guy so carnivore fits me well, find what fits you.

I’m on my weight loss journey. I started 8-22 at 301.5 at my last weight in on 11-22 I weighed 257.4(-44.1lbs) I have an active job (15,000-20,000 steps 5 times a week) but don’t do any exercise beyond that. I have a strict 1800-2000 calorie diet and only drink water. Been able to drop weight since I’m 6ft 3 and all the calculators I’ve looked up says someone my heigh and size needs 3700 calories a day just to maintain current weight. I love watching videos like these to give me inspiration to keep going, thank you. My goal is 200 by my birthday in April 🤞

      Update
It’s 2-8-23 and my current weight is 240.8lbs. -60.7lbs. Had a rough Christmas vacation went on vacation to parents and gained 7lbs due to bad eating and not working. But back on track and going in the right direction. New goal is to be 200lbs by July.

I'm 6'5 360 pounds. I wear it well and people flip out when I tell them how much I weigh because they think I weigh less. But, they don't really know how uncomfortable it is man. My knees and feet feel terrible. I've struggled all my life with my weight but this has motivated me to never give up. I want to lose 100lbs. Thank you for this vid bro.
