Hi Niel! I have just discover your channel. It is so relaxing watching your videos! Thanks for letting us be part of your adventure. Probably you have very good sleeping gear to be able to cope with the low temperatures. Very inspiring! Thank you! Pavlos.
I'm late to the party having only just discovered your channel but I just want to say how much I'm enjoying following your adventures. This is the sort of journey that really appeals to me. I love your unshowy vlogging style too - you come across as totally authentic and your videos are inspiring. Very calming too as someone else mentioned before. There's some truly beautiful drone footage in this episode as well. I'm looking forward to catching up on the rest of your amazing travels. Best wishes from Wales👍

I cycled thro Sweden in 2018 and I overnighted in wind shelters whenever I could find them, they are super shelters to use when on the road, they save so much hassle seeing as the tent can stay in the bag. Its somthing that every bike tourer thro Sweden should know about. After a while I got to know where to find them, river banks, lake shores, nature reserves, forest walks. I wish we had them here in Scotland although the vandals and junkies would most likely use them to get wasted in and then set them on fire. Yes, it is that bad.
Thanks, Niels, for taking us along your European leg of your journey. Very interesting; first time I see the Swedish countryside. But a bit curious: Why did you start out in the winter? Really enjoyed the last legs of your journey through Namibia, South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland. Best wishes, good friend. From Niko in Namibia.
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet I just subscribed to your channel! I love and envy your lifestyle my friend! Anyways, if you have time please come visit my channel and enjoy my videos too and if you liked them please hit the subscription button for me! Thanks my friend :)
Just came across your videos. Absolutely love them! And please can you tell me who the music is by. "Let me out of this cage..." And please keep the videos coming. I bike indoors during the Canadian winter, and love watching!
Hi Barbara, there is a list of the music I use in the description below the video. The song you are referring to is Open Road, by Roo Panes. Enjoy the Canadian winter
I have bycicled to northcape from Vlaardingen(the netherlands). In canada and all around europe.... 5 day bycicling 1 or 2 days rest!!! Fishing, hicking, just get some rest
Amazing video, thanks for sharing your epic trip, I’m looking forward to watching all your adventures and one day I will also cycle the planet, greetings from uk 🙂👍🏻
Hi dude, I have exactly the same bike, if I'm correct you also changed the saddle for a Brooks's one, wised choice. Watching your videos really makes me want to go bike touring too, but I'm waiting for this corona crisis to finish. I wish you all the best for your trip, stay safe.
I didn't plan much to be honest. I usually check my offline map (oruxmaps) to figure out a route for the next day or two and that's it regarding planning
I'm currently discovering your videos, I'm impressed with the quality of your editing. Which drone do you use, and what which ione would you recommend to a complete beginner in drone footage? Safe travels to you.
Have you used a different food source that doesn't leave you feeling bodily empty since this video trip or have you figured out what it is that leaves you feeling empty, ? I would like to know as I will be doing a bike journey myself. Thanks man for the feedback if you can.
Usually my diet changes quite a bit in every country/region. Especially in Africa there is often not much to choose, so you just eat whatever there is. But the staple food for me has often been rice, pasta, oats, bananas, peanut butter, bread, tomatoes...
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet ah cool, light stuff uh. I'll keep that in mind as my bicycle is more fit for bike packing and not long tours with an Aluminum frame, but do like canned goods with meat in them. Thanks cheers

I was absolutely in love with those shelters and cabins in Sweden and Finland. And they are taken really good care of

Keep up the good work and good luck for rest of your trip, looking forward to seeing what happens and where you end up.
Thanks Graham, I myself also wonder where I end up :)
Enjoying these, nicely filmed.
Geweldig, mooi gefilmd en een mooie trip!
what a great journey and beautiful film!! Thank you!
How did you plan and what map did you use?

I have a DJI Mavic Air drone. It's very easy to operate as produces great footage as you can see. I don't have any experience with other drones
