You are a hero ! I just found your chanel after the episode with Romania from Feb 2021 and for this period of time when nothing is stable anymore, the fact that you are not afraind and keep going, is amazing. I did learned is not about the destination, is about the journey. Thank you for all the effort and joy you put in your journey !
I found your channel today, and I'm so happy I did! You're so inspiring and really a true cycling adventurer! I live in Sweden, and wish I had met you and could have offered you a place to stay. Fantastic videos, so happy you could get a new drone along the road like you did! Hope you're doing well where ever you are! Stay safe and keep doing what you're doing! Will continue until I have watched all your episodes! Thanks for the inspiration, I needed it! ☺️ 👍 ☀️ 💜
I was you 20 years ago, biking the world and then life took over. Now, touch wood, my window to the world is opening back up. I'm building my Bike and after watching 'Cyclingabout', Iohan Gueorguiev and now yourself, to give me something to do in this strange time, the 'real' bug is starting to kick back in. You can see the freedom growing in your face as the episodes roll by. Thanks mate, hopefully i'll catch you on the road, happy trails John.
It's just my dream to do this , really so amazing you doing , cycling around the plant i hope one day i will do , maybe my passport 🇾🇪will not help but dreams still free 🤗 You really really amazing thank you so much
I guess a lot of us will see what you saw only on tv. What an adventure and how special is to see moose. Let alone see a lynx. Fantastic....the music fits it so well, thanks for sharing
I’ve watched a lot of cycling videos and yours is really well done! You share your struggles and joys with just the right touch! Your courage and attitude of being flexible no matter what happens is really inspiring! Thank you for sharing your travels.
I watch a lot of cycling videos and I have say yours is one the best with amazing views and beautiful music 🎶. I love cycling and I'm sure your videos inspire a lot of people 😀 keep up the good work mate 👍
Will follow you through my Cycling Freeman-account as well... Hopefully I'll start making some videos of my own eventually. Thanks once again for everything that you're sharing and doing to inspire the rest of us 💜
U r very hardworking and inspiring human being...ur videos really gives us the feeling of being there in nature..stay strong.. Ride all over the world... Good luck 🖤
What a wonderful trip and so much courage… thanks a lot for your videos … quel magnifique voyage et quelle condition physique pour traverser ce pays avec ce froid et la neige… bon vent à toi…
You are a though one... Glad to see your new amazing droneshots and the storytelling makes it interesting and easy to follow along. Ride on, with your ”steelhorse”...
Thank yoy Micael, that were some very tough roads indeed. Thanks also for adjusting the comment😄 Actually, it's not a "steelhorse", but an "aluminium horse" 😉
Great video again. I'm watching them all back to back. As good as your Trek bike is you might have been better off with a bike wider tyres say 3 inches wide tubeless or even a fat bike like Iohan Gueorguiev, Bicycle Wanderer See The World series. Also your voice is quite quiet and I struggle to hear you with your music which is good, over the top drowning your voice. Maybe get an external mic or make the volume levels of your music lower than when you are speaking? But the over all result is still very good. The drone raises the level of quality and professionalism of your videos. Well done. You now have a spare for parts. How lucky was it to find some one selling another so quickly?
I have been thinking a lot about getting an external mic, because the voice recording of my small action camera is really poor. Iohan "The Bike Wanderer" is a great inspiration for me. His adventures, his videos, his personality, it's of another level! Perhaps some day I'll be able to get a fatbike as well, than I could take even nicer tracks
Likely the best cycling video online. Possibly the toughest over such a distance. I would like to know how he powers his equipment. Fantastic resilience.
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet thanks for the reply...I have a 920, swapped the bontragers out pretty quickly after riding on them down to the threads...I use now continental race kings, 2,2" wide and a tubeless setup. Feels great.
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet I have been looking for a durable tubeless touring tire and although the gravel king is great then it does wear out pretty quickly when on tarmac and I feel that under heavy load it gets kind of squishy even pumped up to max pressure. Its great on gravel and nice on tarmac though. So I am always looking around for a tubeless tough touring tire.
December in Sweden, that's going to be rather cold as well I guess. I would really suggest you often sleep in public shelters or windshelters. Look for vindskyddskartan online. I would have recommended you to cycle the vildmarksvegen, but it will be close by December unfortunately. If you have any specific questions, let me know
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet how do you secure your bike when you go to sleep or in supermarket to buy something.and what kind of clothes should I take with me. Thanks:)
Be aware that days are really short in December. In Stockholm you will 5,5 hrs of daylight. I would not recommend to bike in the dark on countryside roads shared with cars in Winter with potentially bad weather and poor visibility.
Love the music and everything about the video ♥️
Vind het moeilijk om woorden te vinden, over deze beelden..Wow!!.. Wat heeft die dame een mooie stem, kippenvel..

Me recuerda al canal de Iohan Gueorguiev. Good job and thank you for these moments of nature and freedom.
He was (and is) a great inspiration for me too
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet Me too. Espero algún día seguir vuestros pasos.
A tough ride, but well done. Enjoying your videos. Thank you.
It sure was tough at times. My pleasure to share my cycling adventures

Hi Niels, I am glad you have purchased a new drone, The shots are awesome. Keep up the good work and take care.
I´m glad I did so as well. It adds a nice dimension to the shots. I´m glad you enjoyed the video. And yeah, I might be a little crazy :)
Thoroughly enjoyed this. I wish I had your stamina! The footage towards the end was especially impressive 👌

@@cyclingaroundtheplanet Get an external mic. They are not that expensive from Amazon. But get a good wind sock for what ever you get.
BTW, we think you are a little crazy, especially travelling in all that snow!

He has answered this on the website. He carries a large Powerbank.
Indeed I do 😊
They are domesticated 😊 that’s why they are so friendly, the reindeer :)
Hi, enjoyed your video. Nice view. By the way do you need special tyre to cycle in the snow?
Very nice 👍 beautiful i liked your videos. Thank you ,
Matin from Finland 🇫🇮 🚴🏽🚴🏽
Thank you for watching Amanj! My next video will be about Finland, so stay tuned 😊
Hi there...I am wondering about what tires you use and what size? Great video by the way...
I have Bontrager tires 2,2 inch, which originally came with the bike as well.

Hi! Nice video! During which months were you traveling?
I started my journey in March 2020. This episode was around May 2020
@@cyclingaroundtheplanet Thanks for your reply:) Sweden looks chillier in May than I expected. Wish you good luck with the rest of your travels!
2 comments: ur music is a little loud can’t hear what ur saying and 2nd is ur bike electric?
Sorry for the loud music, I have got an external mic now so the sound should be a bit better in future videos. My bike is definitely not electric
nice content but music too loud. so speech not understandable
