    Thanks for the review! I started taking this brand of collagen about a month ago. I haven't felt any noticeable changes yet, but I'm gonna keep going with it. 👍🏻

    Ive been taking this product for 1 yr as well. I mix mine in a smoothie. It's great in coffee as well. Ive lost over 160 lbs in the last yr. I also take vitamins as well. Its helped tremendously. My skin elasticity is holding up beautifully and i haven't lost any hair which i was warned about. I credit that to taking Vital Protein along side a low carb high protein diet with a daily vitamin. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

    Vital Collagen is so good! The only downside is that I need to pay to cut my hair faster, haha. My nails and hair grow a lot quicker, which is the first thing I noticed. As for my skin, I’m not sure; I’m lucky to have good skin genes. People always say I look 24 when I’m actually 37, so I’ll need to wait and see how that develops over time. However, I have noticed that my joints feel better. Since I work in a kitchen and tend to stand for 10 to 15 hours a day, my knees were in pain, but now I don’t feel any pain anymore.

      That is so wonderful that you are seeing the benefits. And yes I definitely noticed my hair getting thicker and longer. I could see how that could be a downside if you have to get hair cuts often. But I love it lol. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and watching. I really appreciate it!

      @gabbygabbygirl Hi thank you for Watching and that's a great question. It's the 1.5 lb 24 oz Bottle from Sam's. I can never find this size on Amazon and if I do.It's a lot more expensive. The package says there are thirty four servings Per container period which seems about right?Because it lost me about a month. Hope that helps! ❤️

    Do you know if it's vegetarian friendly? I know you mentioned that's it's not vegan friendly, but since vegetarians will still eat animal byproducts like milk, cheese, ice cream, eggs-would this fall along those lines? I've been a vegetarian for many years, but I need the nutrients contained in collagen. If this is considered an animal byproduct like the things I mentioned above I would be ecstatic!😃

    • @JazzieFitMBS
      @JazzieFitMBS  Місяць тому

      That's a great question. It's sourced from the hides of grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine. You know a better than me the guidelines that you follow personally so I'm not sure. With that definition does that count as vegetarian? I thought it didn't but I am not as versed since I'm not a vegetarian. I would love to know your thoughts. In case this question comes up in the future. Thank you for watching and your thoughtful comment ☺️

    No you are correct it must come from an animal if it doesn't come from an animal and it is plant-based you have to eat a animal product like butter eggs or beef to make it work properly because when you consume it from a plant-based.. it is still good for you but it leaves a negative effects so it will cause problems at the same time as is helping you..
