- This Diablo 4 rogue build is designed to easily kill everything by proccing an insane amount of lucky hit chance proc effects (11 of them!). It uses bursting venoms, frostburns, doombringer, andariel's, x'fals and much more! I will show you how I designed this rogue build to maximize our proc effects, have fun, and wipe the screen in T100 nightmare dungeons real fast and easy. I'll also discuss Abattoir of Zir and how we can make a couple modifications to improve for that content.

Why does bv on 2h feel so strong, corruption there seems like a waste when we one shot everything most of the time with this setup.
Does bv scale from our stats like X'Fal's?

Definitely best pen shot build i've run. Running pen shot rapid fire combo using this guide, can still 1 shot bosses with rapid fire and great clear with pen shot.

Literally my end game content consists of 90% helltides and spamming mercy’s reach - 5% min maxing my gear and build for PvP and 5% theory crafting. By far my most favourite unique this season is Frostburn and it does wonders whenever I’m just farming for materials. This penshot build looks so fun

for the boss you can switch a boots with Exploiter's aspect(*40%dmg). And for the vampiric power I don't think accurse touch is necessary, since rogue can apply vul really easy. I would take metamorphosis or even blood boil which scaled with doom bringer

Just swapped to this since I have 3 andys (why blizzard.......why....) and it's really fun. I don't have doombringer but have everything else, so I used windforce for the lucky hit to do dbl dmg and then I used trickshot in place of where a doombringer would go. I didn't find the need for rapid aspect since with vamp power ravenous atk speed is already really high andys definitely helps clear trash mobs and does a surprising amount of damage
I got my 3rd and 4th Andariels yesterday to go with my 3 Ring of Starless Skies. 7 ubers, only 2 types.

Yes, I will eventually here. Haven't decided if I want to do the guide before or after AoZ releases and I have some time to actually experiment in AoZ to make sure I have a good build that works well instead of one that I think will work well.
does your build also works if you dont have perfect stats on the items ?
and how low do you go without the ubers ?

Good stuff. Question: Why not drop Concealment for Rapid Fire for much better boss/elite fights? Obviously you have to adjust some skill points but would end up running smoother overall especially for Abattoir of Zir?
As you mentioned, a loss of 7 points would have to come from somewhere, but also because we have to jump in a lot with shadow step, that leaves is vulnerable to cc, this gives us another out. 1 death in zir and it is gg. Also, rf surprisingly doesn't do that great of DMG bc we aren't scaling it's DMG at all in this build. But yes, it would improve your so gle target DPS some.
I wonder how the windforce double dmg would work here. Great work, I've been leveling a basic attack rogue like the one in your guide- great fun, lots to mess around with while leveling. Tried poison imbue puncture w/ bursting venoms and xfals for a bit and swapped to the final setup with temerity and dmg with barrier on a ring right now. Lvl 90 atm- might swap to this after to try it out since it doesn't really require much to swap over. Looks like it'll be good fun lol
Windforce can work, but I just don't have the aspect slots for it w/ all of my uniques. That and I don't think it would be much of an increase in dmg anyways from a crossbow w/ a dmg aspect on it (if any).
yeah I already tested windforce on a similar build. its nor really increasing the dmg compared to a crossbow even with 100% LH its rly sad..
@@EfficientRogueyou sure about that? When I tested windforce with rapid shot the dmg increase was insane compared to a legendary, but to be fair I didn't go into extreme testing with it.
I tried WF on this build but I had to give it up the aspect of corruption. when I ran it I didn't see a large increase in damage since I think the Corruption aspect is multiplicative on the already crazy poison dmg. I saw some bigger numbers on occasion with WF and a little faster attack speed but I liked the aspect of corruption too much to give it up.
Could you test this build with Cowl of the Nameless (helm)? Your build requires 2 ubers not everyone can get their hand on. I really appreaciate your sharing!

you don't need it to proc all the effects in this build. If you have condemnation your pension lucky hit can reach upwards of 700%, meaning adding another 25% won't add much.
I have enjoyed the build. I just did my first AoZ with it, and succeeded. Now I wonder, where to put the Tears of Blood glyph? Seems the whole board will need an update.

Does the skill tree change at all when you hit Level 50? Is the end game build the same? Without Andariels, is there a good alternate helm/aspect you recommend?
Check out the pinned comment for alternative gearing. And the skill tree is designed for endgame with proper gearing, but it should work fine at any level.
Yo xarrio have u tried running fist of fate with this build? Its mad fun watching all the procs from the fof, but more dope is the resource your gauranteed to the pojnt where you can almost spam pen shot back to back super fast. I ran one with a 270 but it was a little weaker than running frostburns, i think you have to have atleast a 290-300 for it to feel stronger
Also i did realize, bc rapid fire has 20+ arrows, we can actually proc fof almost 100% of the time without the 1k lucky hit from pen shot. I think pen shot more than the lucky hit procs, is actually better for the aoe clears to shave time off the higher tiers. Tried running fof with rf and it was proccing and sharing misery lol almost 100%
Frostburn/shared misery is genius this season though so props on that my g!
nice video but I have a question you didn't have concealment selected on your tree, but you have it on. also, you have poison on your boots, but you also have it on Andreis???
My amulet has +subterfuge skills, which allows me to use concealment without putting a point into it. And yes, I wouldn't put poison on my boots ideally, but at the time, they were the best boots I had.
I still love this build but i feel so squishy. I've switched out Andy's for a defensive legendary. Is there a way i can keep Andy's and get more survivability?

i would think so as the damage boost really comes from close quarters combat. the extra combo points is really just to get a proc closer to 100%
Is Duriel the only way to get Andariels?
I'm playing a rogue. Only lvl 55 will this build help low lvl too?

Wow this looks so fun! I'm yet to find a build for my rogue that makes me wanna play it further. Currently lvl 56. Does this need a lot of stuff to get going?
There are a lot of uniques that make it work well... Main one being tibaults will and condemn. The rest you can play without. Check out my no Uber unique variation in the pinned comment that is easier to build

Since you are using frigid finesse, have you considered cold imbuement instead of shadow imbuement? Not sure what the purpose of shadow imbuement is, other than to imbue a pen shot if poison is down. Am I missing something?
On this build I am using frostburn, so I don't need cold imbue to chill/freeze. And while cold imbue would do a bit more dmg than shadow imbue on the pen shot hit portion of the dmg, most of our dmg comes from poisons, and the shadow imbue increases that poison dmg by 12%.
How can you tell when doombringer kicks in?
If dont have xfal ring yet, which aspect to use?
@xarrio can you explain why close quarters combat is used over victimize? You can get your increased damage with victimize higher than close quarters so wouldn’t it do more damage?
I've wondered this same thing. My guess is that victimize only works on vulnerable enemies. It's possible you're hitting things that aren't vulnerable. I'm not smart enough to test this though. Just a guess
@@m00tmikei feel like everything is vulnerable all the time anyways lol. Another guys build I was watching he was using close quarters as well. It just seems weaker since the increased damage percentage is higher. I tested close quarters and victimize in the test area and it seemed the same. So confused on this part

thoughts aboout disobedience in amulet and umbrous on the chest. Since we are 1k+ lucky hit chance.. umbrous on the ammy bonus to the chance does not matter? and we get 1.5x on disobedience.
Ya, that will likely be the play for AoZ if we need higher armor cap. Umbrous isn't completely useless on ammy b/c we generate a lot of the shrouds using puncture.
Not sure whether this style is easier to produce, but I do find that there's a lot of repetition and the explanations aren't quite as clear as usual (to be expected since you're also running a dungeon!), so I think I'd prefer if you had voiceover on a clip so you can focus on having a clean script.
Ya, one taking the vid and somewhat winging it was def harder than voicing over it, but I thought it would be fun to try. Also, this build is a bit of a follow up of the previous vid on bursting venoms, which goes into a lot of the explanation of how things are proccing and what not, so I didn't want to get into all of the detail of that again.

It is made for pen shot, but yes you could tweak it a bit and use RF instead.
What you recommend as replacements for the Uber Uniques as I dont have those yet.

You probably could ya, but then you'd be just a scuffed twisted blade rogue. I'd rather go w/ my puncture only build that I posted a few days ago if you want to use just puncture.

Depends on what level you are farming. If you are pushing content that is hard for you to live in, definitely. If you are farming content that is easier and want to speed run it for glyph exp, andy's prob will be better. We'll see though.

If penetringshot damage is not the base of damage why do you fix the PS aspect on crossbow?
Good question.. while the penshot DMG itself isn't where most of our DMG comes from directly, it contributes to our poison imbue DMG, more pen shot DMG more imbue DMG. Also, it is either bursting venoms or trickshot on bow.. neither ideal, but trick is better imo
So why do you have points in dark shroud ? it’s not even equipped to your skill bar.
Umbrous aspect
nice for packs but against bosses, this build really struggled
Ya, bosses prob would need to swap a few gear pieces as discussed at the end for much higher PI dmg stacking, or possibly throw in rapid fire.

How can we increase the dmg on bosses/butcher here. The way it looks, single boss dmg is lacking here. I understand we can do the weapon/gear swap for bosses but is there a better way to build into the built itself? 2nd question, how much dmg is coming from Anderial, losing that 20% DR from Shako is huge.
boss damage is okay with this build, but you'd need to scale PI dmg by doing basically what I talked about at the end w/ gear swapping. And yes, you can swap shako in if needed. Andy's I find works really well tho for clear speed. Kills a lot of the smaller guys around you. But yes, for single target, shako would do better b/c it'll scale PI better. I've killed a T100 butcher with this build w/ shako on in about 30s.
Also, I just posted a no uber unique variation and the butcher decided to show up, so you can see me kill him there. See pinned comment.
Oh and 1 other thing, we could get +imbuements on our ammy and that would help.
I mean, you could technically swap the gloves with shadowgrasp for the +6 to core skills which is just op already, then swap concealment for rapid fire for mega single target dmg and you'd be set.

@@oasis71Umbrius aspect gives a lucky hit -% chance to activate 1 dark shroud per critical hit which gives you a lot of uptime on the skill without having it on the skill bar

Sure. You can replace concealment w/ rapid fire.

coulda just put in rapid fire just to one shot the boss
RF works ya, but it won't work as well as you might think b/c we aren't scaling RF dmg up due to having all of the proc aspects instead of increasing our shooting dmg. And then we have to use a bunch of points to put into RF, which will lower our defenses. Def a trade off.
Blizz does a really crappy job on telling the player base what is really working and how everything actually works .
Main reason why I'm coming back to wow
The meta is just soo fucked now we play a double bugged build? TW is bugged and BV is bugged too in this build... like its S2 and we look to play the most bugged builds... feels like beta testing again
Actually quadruple bugged. TW resource bug is enabled by condemn bug giving max combo points instead of 3, which enables the cunning strategem bug to give insane lucky hit chance, which enables BV bug to proc all of the time and enables the BV bug to proc additional procs. Good times. At this point tho, don't need to worry b/c blizz isn't fixing/nerfing anything this season. There are also bugs that negatively impact the rogue class that would otherwise make us stronger, so it is what it is at this point.
