- This Flurry Rogue Build has humungous single and AoE DPS along with great manoeuvrability. It also has some of the most insane healing straight out of the gate that every other rogue build lacks early on making it the best build for solo players as well!

Dope build but for future build guides, please bring up the tree while talking about the selection. Going back and seeing the tree will be a lot easier than fast forwarding and going back to make sure the right points are allocated.
Better yet post on a build planner!
Absolutely, this video is absolute trash to follow sadly. The video hasn't even been sectioned into each individual skill so if I need to play this back because I forgot something I have to watch the whole thing or skip around and hope I hit the right spot..
Please! I was about to mention this. Show the tree as for some it may be more difficult to go along as your speaking.
@@MarcoS-hl4fe I just write down all the skills he mentioned in the video so I can keep track of it.
This is like super juiced up guide, clear, precise, get to the point with no filler, awesome
I started the game on the higher difficulty thinking it would be easy enough and apparently I am so bad that I was not able to defeat any boss outside the campaign. Then one of the campaign bosses kicked my butt 7 or so straight times and I was about to lower the difficulty or make a new character before watching this. I tried this and beat it first try! Thanks my dude!
I've played this build on and off since I discovered your vid...works really well for sustain, barely have to pick up health globes. Cheers!
I tried this and damn, it's good! Finally felt like my character was viable and not so much a glass cannon anymore. Kudos!
this is exactly what i was looking for. thanks for posting a non twisting blades build!!
You going to bring a full end game build for this one please. Really enjoying this build makes everything easier.
This build is fucking great. Thank you I tried many other and they just did not perform well. This clears rooms so good.
6:43 correct if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure this is incorrect. Stats/bonuses from your secondary weapon will still impact your skill damage, whether its ranged or melee.
That's why they're referred to as statsticks.
Yea I meant the weapon damage itself, not the stats it provides. Still, as a result you need to upgrade it less.
@@MrRonit gotcha, makes sense
It is refreshing to see a non twisting blades build, and this is probably one of the better ones ive seen yet. However, like with every other alternative, it just pales in comparison to twisting blades, even after the nerf.
First of all, twisting blades focus on mobility. This is so important for the rogue because it is extremely squishy. Yes, the healing in thus build is absolutely bonkers while hitting large groups, but the survivability severely drops off in boss fights during phases when there are no adds, and when you get knocked down or frozen or stunned (which is harder to avoid cause you gotta spam flurry which cuts your mobility) you drop instantly, as expected. Yeah yeah, get gud/dodge moar and all that bs is easy enough to say, but in practice anyone who says its easy is kidding themselves.
Twisting blades is still far better for boss fights, and even better for elites with hard cc abilities. Also, shadow imbuement on twisting blades just does more damage overall.
Decent video, but you should put up a build guide for a build video. Give people an idea of where to put what at what level. It’ll help take the video to the next level as a build guide video.
Can you post the build? or actually show the skill tree? how do we follow all the points.
Skip imbuements, take death trap, run trap passive on the right in final node. Level 72 currently running it, slays everything, typically death trap is usable every 5-10 seconds. Bosses melt, aoe packs are cake, and death trap plus poison trap suck everything in, knock it to the ground then flurry merks what ever the traps didnt.
trap on passive?
Can you please elaborate on your build? It sounds very strong
Yeah can you explain? I run death trap myself but am only at 32 and it does not refresh that fast for me.
@@Briguy1027 take passive traps reduce trap CD by 20% its at the end of the tree
I did this and wtf, it's so strong. He means take the passive for the traps in the ultimate section. Take that and you get back your ultimate every 5-15 seconds depending on mod density and stuff, it's actually really strong
Great video dude! I’m gonna start a rogue here pretty soon. I just have a question though; did I hear correctly that you can throw an aspect on your bow and it counts? Like it’s just an extra aspect slot? Because that’s pretty solid.
I see guides suggesting aspects at low levels for flurry and blades but how to you imprint them unless you are stupidly lucky with Baleful Fragments? Or is there another way to imprint?
Nice Guide with a more step by step approach
I use invigorating strike and shadow step. It may not be better but I enjoy having fun with shadow step. Invigorating strike is sorta meh. I went poison imbuement instead of shadow but I can always change.
What stats can we benefits from the bow to our character? I noticed that the power of the bow did not give any increased in our power but if you add bow with attributs stats on it, it will increase the stats of your character, i wonder if we added like damage to close enemy or crit on the bow, will it effect flurry our our main stats at all? Or only the attributs that will effect.
This was my preferred play style for rouge during the playtest. I think I understand why Puncture over Invigorating Strike. But can you elaborate on why this build is only ideal for leveling? What about it drops off in the late/end game?
You mentioned an end game variation of this. Please post that too.
Also why Momentum instead of Close Quarters Combat or Victimize? We are neither stunning, dazing or freezing. We also do not hit from behind, unlike with twisting blades.
I just got to that point today -- I decided to pick victimize. It made the most sense to me, but my skill tree is a bit different from this guy's.
Running flurry in something like yours except im doing crit plus shadow and poison combination. And run barrier and invulnerable together. Cant get touch lol. Now i do need to add the combo passive for more damage that i wasnt aware of.
This build still viable ?
Really enjoyed this build. Thank you.
Nice. Gonna give it a whirl. Btw you can centre your UI if you prefer
Thank you for this dope build!!
Can't tell but which skill goes in what spot for my XBox controller? Thanks
Great vid. Please update when you reach max rank. Love the healing which is what makes me interested in this build. Reminds me of my darksiders 2 build. Well down.
I have the same build mentioned. But i struggle against bosses(solo bosses)(and elites that have minions that i cant one shot using flurry) since i am constantly out of mana.
Oh and i picked invigorating strike.
Any tips?
same... I think the tip is to play with friends
if your not killing.. your not regaining health
You should be able to just out heal if you don’t waste side mobs (keep them until you need to aoe nuke for health) and dodge some of the boss attacks. You might also need to spec & itemize into some more crit.
Love this build, thank you!! 😊
Ummmmmm do you have a tree to view with priiorities?
I had a legendary weapon drop the other day it had the aspect of encircling blades on it. It was a lvl 27. But the increased damage was 35%. When I went and did the dungeon for the same aspect, the aspect I rolled only gives me 16%. Thing is I am now lvl 40. Forgive me I play only 30 mins a day. Can I increase this weapon I mean level it up so that I keep the 35% damage buff for flurry. I mean I am dropping crowds. It’s solid set up. But only if I keep this 35%. What do I do when rare weapons drop that are higher lvl. This weapon is lvl 27 and I wish I could get it higher. If I removed this aspect, when I put it on another weapon will it be as high? Can someone answer?
So is it worth maxing shadow imbuement?
I’m using this build and it is nuts
Still useful for season3?
written skill guide pls :D
Yea can I get a list
Which ultimate?
Poison imbuement is much better, shadow imbuement is overkill. You already have no problem spreading invuln and dealing aoe damage. The crit bonus is the only redeeming aspect of it, but poison imbuement is best even for leveling especially once you get the passives and gear that buff damage vs poisoned enemies
why does on ps4 the skill slots are different? where is the square? am I missing something?
nevermind found it haha
What ultimate tho
I get wanting an op build but like... whats the fun of playing a rogue if you never use your bow?
So do I just never use an Ult? Seems like that’s how this build is meant to be used?
you can replace poison trap with the shadow trap ult, that’s what I did i’m still rocking this build at level 40
Why didn’t you just ss the skill tree….
make it sense to play this build above lvl30?
I'm running it at 38 and enjoying it
I got to level 40 from 1 in about 5 hours solo with this build and it’s still going very strong.
Following this I can’t get down to the dark shroud three since he says just put one point into each.
You should make flurry 5/5
@@MrRonit that’s right. Thanks so much. Also, I want to use death trap. Is there a way I can swap something out. Poison and death trap seems awesome.
@@visionofgrey you could always take out dash/ dark shroud but your survivability goes down
@@MrRonit very quick reply and shows your dedication to help. Thank you so much. I’m so new I barely know what dark shroud does.
I’m so sorry for the noob question. How come I hit LV 15 and barely have veil to add the aspect I got in the dungeon. Also, for some reason when I respect, some skills have already one point on them with me adding it on.
why dont people just show the skill tree
My rotation is cloak, shadow step into a mob group, poison trap, shadow imbue, flurry… just trust me…
Once you do get a better bow, can you add that codex of power to the new bow?
Yep aspects are re-usable infinitely from the codex
Wish there was a build link
Just make your own? Why do you need to copy peoples builds... play the game and learn it. You'll never learn how to play if you keep following builds
Dumbest comment I ever read
@@sy-ky_buddy4603 Calm down, nerd.
@@sy-ky_buddy4603 I agree
@@sy-ky_buddy4603 you say that on a build video... are you okay in the head?
Flurry is imo bad choice when you think about long term progression/pushing. The design is that you need to facetank everything because the range is so small that all mobs will come eventually at you and surround you. TB got this advantage that when you have big pack you can dash/ss from one edge of pack to another, reposition and all blades will follow dealing massive damage and have chance to cc enemies while following you.

u shud show the talent tree its much better..then saying the skils
Nice
It's a EARLY GAME build bro.
@isaiahpoon-qc1gz. It's not even an early game build. Lol you could call it a Beta Game Build. It's only 5 levels higher then the Slam Beta test. Lol
no tree no follow along
Take this down!!!! I DON'T WANT FLURRY NURFED! Let everyone keep the attention on TB haha
I use poison trap to pair with the poison blades for more stacking damage
Right though? Fuck those meta slaves!
Bro flurry is so underrated haha! Spreading vulnerable? What more can you ask for? Haha
@@fookemon3326 it's so damn good and fun!! I hope the attention stays to TB and we fly under the rader
@@Calaveravi fr. I have a lot more ideas for the build. Just have to get the right gears for now 😂
If they nerfed flurry as well on Rogue, whole rogue will be dead, as it have verry low survive abilitys and squishy not many like the playstyle so Rogue will be sitting in the closet until a new buff comes out. I think for now Rogue äs only playable skill for engame is Flurry the rest got nerfed or bad as hell
Rogue feels like ass on low levels
twisted blade pain in the ass... that is your own opinion, but the like 90% for rogue players in diablo. twisted blade still stands very strong damage is not nerfed just the cd what you do not even notice
It's a levelling build, not an end-game build. TB is still meta end-game no doubt
