What's crazy is there's nicer houses than that. Amazing place, I could only imagine the overhead it takes to operate and maintain it. At some point it'd surpass the asking price.
Soo true. And that's keeping in mind that it's set up as a desert 🏜/Arizona setting. Any other place has lots of grass and trees to trimm and what not. But desert maintenance is a lot cheaper.

The house would be a perfect spot for a wedding or a party, invite your friends to stay for three nights and celebrate! All you need is there, bedrooms, theater, big family/kitchen room plus the outside kitchens. What a gathering! 😀😍 Yeah, rent it 3 nights and days. Great idea! 👍
I know the couple that remodeled and built out this place. You should have seen how small and plain it was when they started. They had a crew building on it non-stop for years. The other benefit of this property is the huge 10 acres of land it sits on. When I lived in the neighborhood, new home sites were a $1M per acre.
The reason the view is so beautifull , aside from the totally natural beauty, is the fact that the view is unabstrucued by tons of power lines and billboards.😁👍

Sunday, 23 July, 2023: Over the years I've literally watched hundreds of home tours especially from the Vegas area. For me, so far, this home is the best that I've come across. I'm talking better than EVERY Las Vegas home and EVERY L.A. home tour regardless of price. As of today, I'm sure if it hasn't sold the price has increased a bit, as it should. But even so, it's still a complete STEAL at 7 or 8 million. That movie theater with an actual performance stage took the cake. I dare you to find another home theater that large along with an actual performance stage for the price.
