Love this house more than the 26 million dollar one---more livable and manageable plus sleeker in design plus after buying this house instead of the other I would have 19 million more in the bank---good entertaining money
There’s a 10 car garage that is climate controlled if you wanted a gym, but the lack of a guest house with a 1 acre lot is a letdown for me. Finishes and design are stunning. Very NYC penthouse.
I wonder if this estate is located in North Scottsdale. While Scottsdale is very affluent, North Scottsdale is next level with very large lots and exquisite estates. A little surprised the butler's kitchen/prep area has no appliances as usually this is where they cook rather than in the show kitchen. Super cool fireplace that also creates a bit of separation between the kitchen and living area. Bit of a design flaw in the master shower as you barely fit under the rain head and you say you're 5' 10". I would have ditched the transom window above it and raised the rain head to a high height than can accomodate any height of person. Absolutely an amazing property that you could argue is a good value at $7 mill given the features, and exquisite fit and finishes.
It's the private, gated community of Desert Mountain in North Scottsdale. The whole area is private - no public streets, golf courses for residents to buy memberships, restaurants in private clubs.
It's a wonderful home, very impressive. Just one thing Austin kept saying, was....."why don't you, go ahead....and follow me!!!!" . The camera person, can do one of those instructions but NOT both!!! So which is it????? Watching this upload I will state the camera person is following him. 😊😊
Gorgeous house....I actually really enjoyed the tour, I was actually surprised the garage was so plain after you hyped it up so much at the beginning but turns out it was actually just a regular garage, just actually bigger. On a side note, I actually stopped counting how many times you used the word actually after about the 150th time during the tour. It was actually hard to listen to after a while as I actually found myself trying to count how many times you said the word actually. I think you could actually benefit from taking some speaking classes so you can actually learn to hear your filler words and actually make a professional presentation. Actually, Toastmasters international actually has chapters all over the greater Phoenix area and I think you would come across more professional. These high end homes requires utmost professionalism and it would be good to actually speak well during the tour. I actually hired a speaking coach once and I was shocked at many times I actually used fillers words in my presentations and he actually helped me quite a lot. Obviously, this is actually satire meant to make a point. You do a good job but use the word actually WAY to much. Listen to the video back without watching it and pay attention to how often it's said.
@adnaneserraj by any standard? Maybe by YOUR standard it’s not. Just so everyone knows a mansion simply means a large impressive house. The typical real estate definition of a mansion is a home that offers at least 5,000 square feet of space and at least five to six bedrooms. So based on the real estate standard it is in fact a mansion. They typically start at 5,000 sq. ft so yes this absolutely fits the standard. Just on the low end of the standard, but the standard nonetheless.
7mil is too high! Maybe 4.5 , there’s no media room, no gym, no gaming. The Primary closet is too small I thought you were going to walk around the corner for more space! You hype up the garage! And it was plain, no proxy floor, I thought the walls were gonna be like the entrance of this home! Overall still a beautiful home, just over priced!
Great production. Loved the video and attention to detail. Beautiful property. However, like all homes on the market. Optical illusion was painful. Not a good idea. The property (like most) is overvalued and overpriced. Shave 30-40%. That's the true value. 4.2-4.9M. Lastly, skinny jeans are out, bro.
Too bleak for me. Devoid of all human personality. It is easy to visualize robots living here. Not a book in sight. No photos, no items that speak to humans.
I love these types of homes.... like, the entire design is so fkn dope!!!
I know the couple who live here! Super chill people!! Nice house too (obviously)
Incredible House!!
how far is it from a grocery store? or the city?...
Your content is amazing!!
Thank you! 🙏🏼

Thank you!!

I like it. Need Arvin’s input though.
lets get it!
No pool table,,, No home theater ,, no gym,,,,, LOL 7 Million ???
And is that a highway at the back?
No way!

House looks like E. Musk designed it. Plain and robotic looking sad house
The details are nice but missing a bunch of items. Not for me. If you like living in an office space, this is for you.
Where is the Gym and Basketball court?? For 7 Mill that is a must!! Great Job though showing the house Austin ✌🏻

It is N Scottsdale! Thanks for watching!

Nice😊
not a fan of hidden aplliances , form a practical stand point how easy would it be in case the appliance needs to be repaired or replaced
Amazing home but i would be scared shitless worrying about snakes, spiders and so on!👍
Lived in North Scottsdale for 23 years and you’re totally right you left creatures out thats coyotes and Havelina’s.
Forgot one scorpions.

Thanks for the feedback!
This property still available? Thank you
It is, Let me know if you’d like a tour
“Now where did I put my refrigerator “?
-me
Scorpions galore. Lol
How far is this property from the downtown area...
Downtown Phoenix or the Old town Scottsdale area?
Nice but too close to snakes, coyotes, bobcats, javelinas and more critters... Also, will be pitch black at night.
Thats why you have a Chihuahua dog so he can take care of those critters you described ✌🏻😎
no smart toilets/bidet?
You’re so handsome.
Very nice house
5200 sqft is not a mansion by any standard....

Looks modern like my multifamily properties
I really only want to see new / unloved in properties 🤦🏾♀️🤓
The house is amazing.. but living alongside rattlesnakes, pit vipers and mamba isnt my cup of coffee
More like scorpions, rattlesnakes, and gila monsters.

I was like # 666 😈

Nice house but you over hyped the garage
especially considering that the garage floor is standard cement...my garage floor nicer
Literally…..🙄
Too sterile looking for me. I like great views and actually like to live in my house.
You can’t afford it anyways so stop complaining and enjoy the video ✌🏻😎
7m and no his her bathrooms or dual shower heads in master bath. not sure about that one
